We are very excited to have a stand at the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses annual conference at the Renaissance Manchester City Hotel this Friday and Saturday.

As I cosmetic doctor I am always impressed by the work of the BACN which has done so much to raise standards within the aesthetics industry. Our cosmetic nurses are a vital part of the industry with a huge amount of experience and through the BACN they are able to share their practical and clinical knowledge and expertise in a supportive and progressive environment (and on a purely personal note I’m delighted the conference is being held in beautiful Manchester with its fabulous shops and restaurants!)

There are some great speakers at BACN including Dr John Ashworth, buy Marea Brennan-Thorns and Barrister Kate Hill who will be talking about Consent.

Obtaining proper informed Consent was a key recommendation of the Keogh review.

A signed consent form protects both patient and practitioner but what happens if it gets lost or damaged?

Enter Consentz…

… rather than reams of paper and dusty old manila files the whole patient management process – from initial consultation to a visual record of treatment and lot numbers – is recorded on an iPad so no vital steps are missed.

Patients fill in health questionnaires and consent forms with simple, discount one-touch buttons and provide a digital signatures using a stylus.

The information is then stored on a secure cloud and accessible wherever there is a WiFi or 3G connection.

From a practitioners point of view this means no lost or damaged files and most importantly, peace of mind.

Please visit our stand and see how Consentz can help enhance your business.
