Working with Google Calendar

Consentz comes with an integrated calendar, but you can easily connect to Google or other CRM’s to extend capability.

To add appointments via Google calendar, you will need to connect your Google account to Consentz:

Go to My Account (found top right of this website, or in the pop up tab at the bottom of the App screen).

Login with your username and password and navigate to Manage Users.

Connect Consentz to Google Calendar

 

Select the edit button:

You should now see your Google account connection if you added these details during the sign up procedure:

If your account is not connecting correctly you can click the “Re-authenticate with Google” button. Once completed, simply choose the appropriate calendar and you’re ready to go. Your Consentz and Google Calendars will automatically synchronise.

If you are unable to see the Re-authenticate with Google button, please contact support@consentz.com and an email will be issued to your registered email account with a link to resent the re-authentication procedure.
