Injectable PDRN Skin Booster with Hyaluronic Acid and Niacinamide

Description

Aeterderm Puri PDRN is an injectable skin booster designed for intensive skin regeneration and hydration. Formulated with purified salmon-derived PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide), hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, it targets damaged and ageing skin by stimulating tissue repair, collagen production, and cellular renewal. The combination of PDRN and HA provides deep hydration and structural support, while niacinamide contributes to brightening and overall skin quality improvement. Supplied as a set of 2.5 ml pre-filled syringes, Aeterderm Puri PDRN is suitable for use on the face, neck, and hands to improve elasticity, reduce fine lines, and restore a radiant, healthy complexion.

Bnefits

  • Promotes skin regeneration and damaged tissue repair through PDRN-mediated stimulation of cell renewal.
  • Supports collagen synthesis, improving skin elasticity and firmness.
  • Provides deep hydration via hyaluronic acid, enhancing skin plumpness and smoothness.
  • Helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and early wrinkles.
  • Brightens dull or tired-looking skin with niacinamide for improved tone and radiance.
  • Strengthens skin tissue and barrier function, improving resilience.
  • Suitable for multiple areas including face, neck and hands.
  • Supplied in ready-to-use pre-filled syringes for convenient clinical application.
  • Acts as a regenerative mesotherapy solution, complementing other aesthetic treatments.

Indications

  • Ageing or photo-damaged skin requiring regeneration and revitalisation.
  • Fine lines and superficial wrinkles on the face, neck and hands.
  • Loss of elasticity and firmness in facial and neck skin.
  • Dull, uneven or tired-looking skin needing brightening and radiance boost.
  • Dehydrated skin requiring deep, long-lasting hydration.
  • Supportive treatment to improve skin quality before or after other aesthetic procedures (as per practitioner protocol).

Composition

  • Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) from salmon DNA (polynucleotide for tissue regeneration and repair).
  • Hyaluronic acid (HA) for deep hydration and dermal support.
  • Niacinamide (vitamin B3) for brightening and improvement of overall skin quality.
  • Buffer solution and excipients as specified in the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Formulation

  • Injectable, sterile skin booster solution based on purified PDRN combined with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide.
  • Biocompatible, tissue-regenerating polynucleotide formulation designed to stimulate collagen and cell renewal.
  • Intended for intradermal or superficial subcutaneous administration using mesotherapy or skin booster techniques.
  • Pre-filled syringes to ensure accurate dosing and hygienic application.

Packaging

  • Box containing 5 pre-filled syringes.
  • Each syringe contains 2.5 ml of Aeterderm Puri PDRN solution (total 12.5 ml per box).
  • Syringes supplied sterile with Luer-lock connection, individually blister-packed inside an outer carton.
  • Outer packaging printed with product name, brand, batch number, and expiry date.
  • Single-use medical product intended for professional use only.

Usage

  • For professional use only; must be administered by suitably trained and licensed healthcare professionals experienced in injectable skin booster and mesotherapy techniques.
  • Obtain a full medical history and assess indications and contraindications prior to treatment; secure informed consent according to local regulations.
  • Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly with appropriate antiseptic solution before injection.
  • Aeterderm Puri PDRN is typically injected into the superficial to mid-dermis using mesotherapy techniques (micro-bolus, nappage, or linear threading), or as per the manufacturer’s and distributor’s recommendations.
  • Suitable treatment areas include the face, neck and hands; the protocol (number of points, volume per site, and depth) should be adapted to the patient’s skin condition and practitioner’s judgment.
  • Inject slowly with low, controlled pressure, observing standard precautions to avoid intravascular injection.
  • Gently massage treated areas if required to distribute the product evenly.
  • A typical treatment course may involve several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions at intervals determined by clinical response and practitioner protocol.
  • After treatment, advise patients to avoid makeup on treated areas for several hours, refrain from intense heat or cold exposure, strenuous exercise, and alcohol for 24 hours, and follow any additional aftercare provided by the clinic.
  • Dispose of used syringes and needles immediately in suitable sharps containers; do not reuse any remaining product.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to PDRN (fish/salmon-derived products), hyaluronic acid, niacinamide or any other component of the formulation.
  • History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable aesthetic products.
  • Active skin infections, inflammation or lesions (e.g. dermatitis, acne flare, herpes) at or near the proposed injection sites.
  • Systemic infections or uncontrolled systemic disease where elective injectable treatments may pose additional risk, as determined by the treating clinician.
  • Known bleeding disorders or ongoing anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy where the risk of bleeding or bruising cannot be adequately managed.
  • Autoimmune or immune-compromising conditions where the safety of regenerative injectable treatments is uncertain, unless carefully evaluated by a specialist.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, due to a lack of established safety data in these populations.
  • Patients under 18 years of age or younger than the minimum age permitted for aesthetic procedures in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Intravascular injection is strictly contraindicated; do not inject into blood vessels.
  • Use in areas with severely compromised tissue viability or over permanent implants unless specifically assessed and deemed appropriate by the practitioner.

Adverse Effects

  • Common transient injection-site reactions: redness, swelling, tenderness, pain, itching and small bruises.
  • Mild oedema and sensitivity in treated areas, usually resolving within a few days.
  • Small papules or lumps at injection sites, generally settling as the product disperses.
  • Risk of infection if aseptic technique is not strictly followed.
  • Possible allergic or hypersensitivity reactions to any component, including fish-derived PDRN or niacinamide.
  • As with all injectable treatments, rare but serious complications such as vascular compromise, ischaemia or necrosis can occur in the event of inadvertent intravascular injection or significant vascular compression.
  • Any persistent, severe or unexpected adverse event should be promptly evaluated and managed according to local clinical guidelines and, where appropriate, referred to a specialist.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a cool, dry place at controlled room temperature according to the manufacturer’s recommendations (commonly between 2°C and 25°C).
  • Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat or freezing conditions.
  • Keep syringes in their original packaging until immediately before use to maintain sterility.
  • Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
  • Do not use if the blister or syringe appears damaged or if sterility has been compromised.
  • Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.

Duration

Clinical improvements in hydration and radiance are usually noticeable within weeks and can persist for several months; with repeated sessions, benefits such as improved elasticity and fine line reduction may last approximately 6\u201312 months depending on skin condition, treatment regimen, and individual factors.

Onset

Initial hydration and radiance may be observed soon after treatment, while regenerative benefits from PDRN (improved elasticity, fine line reduction and tissue repair) develop progressively over several weeks as collagen and tissue remodelling occur.
