Description

Aliaxin® EV Essential Volume is a reabsorbable, sterile hyaluronic-acid gel implant for facial soft tissue augmentation. It is designed to restore lost facial volume and enhance contours — e.g. cheeks, cheekbones, chin, jawline — and to correct deep facial wrinkles, folds, scars and skin depressions. The gel is based on cross-linked non-animal origin hyaluronic acid produced by bio-fermentation and presented in 2 pre-filled sterile 1 ml syringes for injection by qualified medical professionals. The product integrates with tissue to provide a natural but long-lasting volumizing and lifting effect.

Composition

  • Cross-linked hyaluronic acid (non-animal, bio-fermented) — 25 mg/ml
  • Physiological phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)
  • Water for injectable solutions

Formulation

  • Monophasic HA hydrogel
  • Sterile, apyrogenic, pre-filled 1 ml syringes
  • Approved for subcutaneous and superficial subcutaneous injection (volume augmentation)

Packaging

  • 2 × 1 ml pre-filled sterile syringes
  • 4 sterile needles (typically 27G × 13 mm and 27G × 19 mm)
  • Package leaflet and adhesive label for patient traceability

Usage

  • Only to be administered by qualified medical professionals.
  • Clean and disinfect the injection area according to standard aseptic technique.
  • Use supplied sterile needles (27G) and pre-filled syringes.
  • Inject into the subcutaneous tissue (deep dermis / superficial subcutis) according to planned treatment area and volume.
  • Mould gently if necessary after injection to achieve desired contour.
  • Inform patient about post-treatment care (avoid pressure, extreme temperatures, strong sunlight for a recommended period).

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or any component of the product
  • Active skin infection or inflammation at the injection site
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding (use only after medical evaluation)
  • Severe systemic diseases or autoimmune disorders (as per practitioner discretion)

Adverse Effects

  • Transient redness, swelling, pain or tenderness at the injection site
  • Bruising or hematoma
  • Itching or temporary skin discoloration
  • Rare possible risks inherent to dermal fillers: overcorrection, nodules, migration, vascular occlusion if improperly injected

Storage Conditions

  • Store between 2 °C and 28 °C
  • Protect from light and do not freeze
  • Keep syringes sealed until use
