Description
AMI Tone Up is a premium facial skin booster formulated for mesotherapy and microneedling. It combines a high concentration of polynucleotides (PN 2.5 mg/ml) with plant/vegetable-derived exosomes and brightening actives to maximise recovery of damaged skin, enhance radiance, even skin tone and combat multiple signs of ageing. Usage
- For professional use only by suitably trained medical or aesthetic practitioners.
- Intended for delivery via facial mesotherapy or in combination with microneedling devices according to clinic protocol.
- Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly before application.
- Draw the required volume from a 5 ml vial under aseptic conditions immediately prior to treatment.
- Administer into the superficial dermis using mesotherapy injection techniques or apply during/after microneedling as per clinic guidelines.
- Focus on areas of concern such as uneven tone, damaged skin, dullness, fine lines and acne scarring.
- A typical course involves multiple treatment sessions spaced several weeks apart; exact protocol (number of sessions and intervals) should be tailored to skin condition and practitioner preference.
- Following treatment, advise patients to avoid excessive sun exposure, heat (sauna/steam), vigorous exercise and makeup on the treated area for the period recommended by clinic policy, and to use broad-spectrum sun protection.
- Each vial is single-use; discard any remaining product after the session in accordance with local clinical waste regulations.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to polynucleotides, plant-derived exosomes or any listed ingredients (e.g. glutathione, niacinamide, tranexamic acid, hyaluronic acid, peptides)
- Active skin infections, inflammation, dermatitis or open lesions at or near the intended treatment site
- Severe chronic skin diseases or autoimmune conditions affecting the treatment area without appropriate medical assessment
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, due to limited safety data for injectable/mesotherapy skin boosters
- Uncontrolled coagulation disorders or use of systemic anticoagulants/antiplatelets without medical evaluation (relative contraindication)

Storage Conditions
