Hyaluronic acid skin booster / mesotherapy biorevitalisation

Description

Apriline Hydro Booster is a sterile, viscoelastic, injectable hyaluronic acid skin booster supplied in a 1 ml prefilled syringe. It is a non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate and glycerol-based biorevitalising gel designed to replenish age-related loss of hyaluronic acid, improve hydration, tone and elasticity, and act as a filler for fine and superficial lines such as crow’s feet, smile lines and smoker’s lines. Used as a skin-boosting mesotherapy treatment, Apriline Hydro provides overall improvement in skin texture, elasticity, fine wrinkles and skin surface. In addition to masking some signs of aging, it can be applied to give the skin a radiant, healthy glow and enhance skin tone. It is indicated for injection into the superficial dermis of the face, neck, décolletage and hands and is intended for use by trained healthcare professionals only.

Bnefits

  • Skin-boosting biorevitalisation with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid to restore physiological HA levels in ageing skin.
  • Improves skin hydration, elasticity and overall texture by combining sodium hyaluronate with glycerol.
  • Reduces the appearance of fine lines and superficial wrinkles, including crow’s feet, perioral lines and smile lines.
  • Enhances skin tone and radiance, giving a healthier, more luminous complexion.
  • Helps maintain skin firmness and turgor through deep dermal hydration.
  • Viscoelastic, clear, transparent, isotonic gel for smooth injection and predictable tissue integration.
  • Designed as a superficial dermal booster rather than a volumising filler, allowing subtle, natural-looking results.
  • Packaged as a ready-to-use prefilled syringe with dedicated 30G needles for controlled and precise administration.
  • Can be used on multiple aesthetic areas including face, neck, décolleté and hands.

Indications

  • Replenishment of age-related loss of hyaluronic acid in the skin.
  • Improvement of skin hydration, tone and elasticity.
  • Treatment of fine lines and superficial wrinkles, including crow’s feet, smile lines and smoker’s lines around the mouth.
  • Overall enhancement of skin texture and surface quality.
  • Skin-boosting treatment for dull, tired or mildly photoaged skin.
  • Use on face, neck, décolletage and hands where superficial lines and loss of turgor are present.

Composition

  • Non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate: 18 mg/ml
  • Glycerol: 20 mg/ml
  • Physiological phosphate buffer solution (pH approximately 6.8–7.4)
  • Sodium chloride
  • Water for injections (vehicle)

Formulation

  • Sterile, pyrogen-free, biodegradable, viscoelastic, clear and transparent hyaluronic acid gel.
  • Non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate of non-animal origin combined with glycerol in an isotonic physiological solution.
  • Presented as a prefilled, graduated, disposable syringe containing 1 ml of gel for single-patient use.
  • Designed as a superficial dermal injectable booster rather than a deep volumising filler.
  • Supplied with 30G ½" single-use sterile needles intended specifically for injecting Apriline Hydro.

Packaging

  • Box containing one 1 ml prefilled syringe of Apriline Hydro.
  • Two single-use 30G ½" sterile needles for injection of Apriline Hydro.
  • Instruction leaflet for use.
  • Traceability labels for patient records and practitioner documentation.

Usage

  • For professional use only; must be administered by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional trained in injectable aesthetic procedures.
  • Inject into non-inflamed, disinfected, healthy skin using aseptic technique.
  • Intended for injection into the superficial dermis; use the supplied 30G ½" needle and inject slowly using an appropriate injection technique (e.g. micro-papular, serial puncture, blanching or linear threading), based on the treatment area and practitioner preference.
  • Consider that the product will attract water and increase its volume in situ; avoid depositing excessive bolus volumes, particularly in delicate areas such as the periorbital region.
  • The total amount injected and the number of injection points should be tailored to the patient’s skin condition, treatment area and desired outcome.
  • Typical treatment protocols involve an initial course of sessions spaced several weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions as required; the exact schedule should be determined by the treating clinician.
  • After injection, gently massage the treated area to ensure even distribution of the product and to smooth out any irregularities.
  • Advise the patient on standard post-treatment care, such as avoiding makeup for several hours, refraining from vigorous exercise, saunas or extreme temperatures on the day of treatment, and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
  • Do not inject into blood vessels, the eyelids, or areas with active inflammation, infection or skin disease.
  • Do not mix Apriline Hydro with other products in the same syringe.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, glycerol or any other component of the product.
  • Presence of active skin infection, inflammation, herpes lesions, or dermatologic disease at or near the intended injection site.
  • History of severe allergies, anaphylactic reactions or multiple severe allergies, unless a risk–benefit assessment is undertaken by the treating physician.
  • Autoimmune diseases or under immunotherapy, unless carefully evaluated by a physician experienced with such conditions.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, in line with general precautions for elective aesthetic injections.
  • Tendency to develop hypertrophic scars or keloids.
  • Coagulation disorders or ongoing anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy that significantly increases bleeding or bruising risk, unless managed under medical supervision.
  • Previous hypersensitivity reaction to other injectable hyaluronic acid products.

Adverse Effects

  • Expected transient injection-site reactions such as redness (erythema), swelling, tenderness, pain, itching, bruising or small hematomas.
  • Temporary lumps or papules at injection points, usually resolving with massage or over several days.
  • In rare cases, inflammatory reactions, induration or nodules may occur and may require medical management.
  • Very rare risk of hypersensitivity or allergic reactions, including immediate or delayed-type reactions.
  • As with all injectable treatments, accidental intravascular injection may lead to serious complications; practitioners must be trained to recognise and manage vascular events.
  • Infection at the injection site if aseptic technique is not strictly followed.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in the original packaging to protect from light.
  • Keep at a controlled room temperature as specified in the product leaflet (typically between 2°C and 25°C); do not freeze.
  • Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging and syringe.
  • Do not resterilise; single-use device only.
  • Once the syringe has been opened and used, discard any unused product in accordance with local regulations for clinical waste.

Duration

Results typically develop over the course of an initial series of treatments carried out over several weeks; clinical benefits such as improved hydration, texture and fine-line reduction can persist for several months, after which maintenance sessions may be performed according to clinical assessment and patient needs.

Onset

Early improvements in hydration and skin radiance may be visible shortly after treatment, with more pronounced improvements in texture, elasticity and fine wrinkles emerging gradually over the following days to weeks as dermal hydration and remodelling progress.
