Peptide-based skin booster / deep mesotherapy soft filler

Description

Aquashine Soft Filler Revofil (2x2ml) is a CE-marked, peptide-enriched, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid injectable gel designed as a deep mesotherapy / biorevitalising soft filler. It contains sodium hyaluronate 15 mg/ml (1.5%) combined with a Skin Rejuvenating Complex of biomimetic peptides, 24 amino acids, 14 vitamins, 8 minerals, coenzymes and nucleic acids. Aquashine Soft Filler is indicated for tired, dry and dull skin with fine lines, enlarged pores and early signs of ageing. It reduces wrinkles, improves elasticity by stimulating new skin cell production and collagen synthesis, revitalises sallow complexion, regulates sebum and tightens pores, while pure hyaluronic acid delivers intensive hydration and skin radiance. It is used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands and must be administered only by trained medical professionals.

Bnefits

  • Deeply hydrates and revitalises tired, dry and dull skin.
  • Reduces light wrinkles and fine lines across the face, neck, décolletage and hands.
  • Improves skin elasticity and firmness through hyaluronic acid and peptide-stimulated collagen synthesis.
  • Enhances radiance and overall skin tone for a fresher, more youthful appearance.
  • Tightens and refines enlarged pores, helping to balance impure skin and reduce further breakouts.
  • Provides a pronounced biolifting effect, improving density and elasticity of skin and supporting tissue.
  • Antioxidant vitamin, mineral and coenzyme complex helps protect against oxidative stress and photo-damage.
  • Non-crosslinked HA 15 mg/ml is completely biodegradable and biocompatible.
  • Designed as a unique, deep mesotherapy procedure using an active peptide complex for tired and dry skin.
  • Suitable for overall facial rejuvenation for any skin type, especially dull, sallow or mildly sagging skin.

Indications

  • Tired, dry and dull skin lacking radiance and vitality.
  • Fine lines and light wrinkles (crow’s feet, glabellar lines, mentolabial and nasolabial folds, perioral fine lines).

  • Enlarged pores and occasional breakouts in the context of uneven, photo-damaged or dull skin.
  • Sallow complexion and uneven texture requiring biorevitalisation.
  • Non-surgical lifting and rejuvenation of face, neck, décolletage and hands.
  • Overall improvement of skin hydration, radiance and elasticity for any skin type in early ageing stages.

Usage

  • Inject into non-inflamed, disinfected skin using strict aseptic technique.
  • Recommended injection depth: epidermal and superficial to mid dermis.
  • Injection areas: face, neck, décolletage and hands, according to individual clinical assessment.
  • Use appropriate mesotherapy techniques such as micro-papular injections, nappage, linear threading or serial puncture, with a fine 32G 1/2" needle or equivalent.
  • Typical treatment protocol: 3 sessions at 4-week intervals; maintenance sessions may be repeated periodically depending on skin condition and practitioner judgement.
  • Inject small, evenly distributed amounts to avoid overcorrection and achieve homogeneous biorevitalisation.
  • After injection, gently massage treated areas if required to ensure even distribution of the gel and smooth out any irregularities.
  • Do not inject into blood vessels, areas with active infection or inflammation, or severely compromised skin.
  • Provide patients with post-procedure advice (e.g. avoid heavy makeup for several hours, intense heat, saunas, sun/UV exposure and vigorous exercise for a short time; monitor and report any unexpected reactions).

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, biomimetic peptides, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, nucleotides or any other component of the formulation.
  • Active or recent skin infections, inflammatory lesions, herpes or other dermatologic disease at or near the intended injection sites.
  • History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable aesthetic products.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, in line with general caution for elective aesthetic injections.
  • Uncontrolled systemic diseases, significant autoimmune disorders or immunosuppression unless carefully evaluated and cleared by a physician.
  • Bleeding disorders or use of anticoagulant/antiplatelet medications with significantly increased bleeding risk, unless managed under medical supervision.
  • Tendency to develop hypertrophic scars or keloids.
  • Patients under 18 years of age.
  • Any general contraindication to intradermal injectable treatments according to current medical practice.

Adverse Effects

  • Common transient injection-site reactions: redness, swelling, tenderness, pain, bruising or itching.
  • Small papules or nodules at injection points, usually resolving spontaneously within a few days.
  • Occasional local inflammatory reactions, induration or sensitivity that may require clinical review.
  • Rare allergic or hypersensitivity reactions to one or more components of the product.
  • Risk of infection if aseptic technique is not strictly maintained.
  • As with all hyaluronic acid injectables, inadvertent intravascular injection or treatment in high-risk anatomical areas can lead to serious complications, including vascular compromise or tissue necrosis, requiring urgent specialist management.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in the original packaging to protect from light.
  • Keep at a controlled temperature as stated in the product leaflet (typically between 2°C and 25°C); do not freeze.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the outer box and syringes.
  • Single-use medical device: discard any unused portion after first use in accordance with local clinical waste regulations.
  • Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons; store securely in a medical product storage area.

Duration

Generally administered as a course of 3 treatment sessions spaced about 4 weeks apart. Improvements in hydration, texture and fine lines may last several months; maintenance treatments can be scheduled at intervals determined by the treating practitioner based on ongoing skin condition and patient goals.

Onset

Early improvements in hydration, smoothness and radiance are often visible shortly after treatment. Progressive benefits in elasticity, pore refinement, fine-line reduction and overall skin quality develop over the weeks following each session and across the full treatment course.
