Skin-booster / biostimulatory injectable
Description
PhilArt Next is an injectable skin-booster combining highly purified polynucleotides (PN-HPT) with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, intended for intradermal administration to rejuvenate and hydrate skin, stimulate collagen and elastin production and improve skin quality, firmness and elasticity. It is aimed at mature, dehydrated and ageing skin, as well as for improving skin tone, texture, scars or acne marks.
Bnefits
- Stimulates fibroblast activity to boost collagen and elastin production and support skin structural renewal
- Deeply hydrates skin thanks to hyaluronic acid content, improving moisture, softness and plumpness
- Improves skin elasticity, firmness and tone — reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines
- Enhances skin texture, smoothness and radiance; improves overall skin quality
- May improve appearance of scars and acne-related skin depressions or irregularities
- Suitable for mature, dehydrated or damaged skin needing rejuvenation
- Can be applied on face, neck, décolletage, hands (and sometimes scars/stretch-marks), depending on clinician protocol
- Non-crosslinked and highly purified formulation to maximize biocompatibility and minimize risk of adverse reactions
Indications
- Signs of skin ageing (loss of elasticity, wrinkles, fine lines)
- Dehydrated skin lacking moisture and plumpness
- Loss of skin firmness and tone
- Uneven skin texture or dullness
- Scars or acne-related skin irregularities or depressions
- Skin quality improvement for mature or photo-aged skin
- Skin rejuvenation for face, mid-face, neck, décolletage, hands (depending on practitioner protocol)
Composition
- Polynucleotides (PN-HPT®) 20 mg / 2 ml
- Non-crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid 20 mg / 2 ml
Formulation
- Pre-filled 2 ml syringe of injectable gel/solution (dermis-appropriate viscosity)
- Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid plus polynucleotide biostimulant blend
- Sterile injectable for intradermal use (microdroplet, linear or fan injection techniques)
- Intended for professional use only (aesthetic/dermatology clinician administered)
Packaging
- 1 × 2 ml pre-filled sterile syringe
- Includes 2 sterile needles (typically 30G ½, 13 mm) for injection
- Secondary carton/box with product labeling, instructions for professional use and regulatory information (varies by distributor/market)
Usage
- For professional intradermal injection only, administered by qualified aesthetic practitioner or dermatologist
- Injection techniques: micro-droplets, linear or fanning, depending on area treated
- Typical treatment course: 3 to 4 sessions spaced 14–21 days apart (for normal or mature skin depending on protocol)
- Maintenance sessions may be scheduled every 4–6 months, or per clinician recommendation
- Common treatment areas: face, mid-face, neck, décolletage, hands; may also address scars or acne marks as per practitioner’s plan
- Post-treatment care as per clinician guidelines (e.g. avoid strenuous exercise, sun exposure, heavy skin-irritating products shortly after injection) — follow professional aftercare protocol
Contraindications
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any component (polynucleotides, hyaluronic acid, excipients)
- Active skin infection or inflammation at the intended injection site
- Autoimmune disorders or immunocompromised states (consult clinician)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (per many manufacturers’ recommended contraindications)
- Use only by trained, licensed medical professionals — not for self-injection or unlicensed use
Adverse Effects
- Transient local reactions: redness, swelling, bruising or mild pain at injection site
- Possible mild itching or discomfort, transient and typically resolving in a few days
- Rare risk of allergic reaction or hypersensitivity (depending on individual), so patient history must be reviewed
- Risk of infection if aseptic technique not strictly followed; requires full professional sterile protocol
- Temporary tenderness or sensitivity at injection sites, generally subsiding within a few days
Storage Conditions
- Store unopened product in original packaging under recommended temperature conditions (typically between 2°C and 25°C), avoiding freezing or excessive heat
- Protect from direct sunlight and contamination
- Keep sterile until use; do not reuse syringe or needles; discard according to medical-waste guidelines after single-use
- Store out of reach of unauthorized persons and children
Duration
Initial course of 3–4 sessions (over approx. 4–8 weeks), with maintenance every 4–6 months or as advised by treating clinician
Onset
Initial hydration and improved skin softness may be noticeable within days; cumulative improvements in elasticity, texture, firmness and reduction of fine lines typically observed over weeks to months following successive treatments
