Polynucleotide (PN) skin-booster injection

Description

Crystal Healer PN 2.5% is a high-concentration polynucleotide (PN) skin-booster injectable designed to promote skin regeneration, collagen synthesis, improved elasticity and skin quality restoration. Supplied as a pre-filled 2.5 mL sterile syringe for professional aesthetic use, it aims at rejuvenating skin at the cellular level — reducing fine lines, improving texture, and supporting dermal extracellular matrix repair.

Bnefits

 • High concentration (2.5%) of purified polynucleotides (PN) for strong regenerative potential.
 • Stimulates fibroblast activity, collagen and elastin synthesis for improved skin elasticity, firmness and volume.
 • Supports extracellular matrix (ECM) renewal, enhancing dermal structural integrity and skin resilience.
 • Helps reduce fine lines, wrinkles and improves skin texture and density.
 • May improve skin hydration, barrier function and balance sebum production, leading to more even, healthier-looking skin.
 • Potential to improve post-acne scarring, stretch marks, enlarged pores and other signs of skin damage or aging.

Indications

 • Chronological and photo-ageing (fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, decreased skin density).
 • Loss of skin elasticity and firmness.
 • Post-acne or post-inflammatory dermal changes, scars and cicatricial skin damage.
 • Stretch marks, enlarged pores and uneven skin texture.
 • Skin areas with water imbalance (dehydrated skin) needing ECM support and hydration.
 • Patients desiring aesthetic rejuvenation, skin “bio-revitalisation”, improved glow, softness and overall skin quality improvement.

Composition

 • Sodium Polynucleotide (PN) — 25 mg/mL (2.5%) purified polynucleotides.
 • Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) as solvent/carrier.
 • Lidocaine hydrochloride (as anaesthetic component to minimize injection discomfort).

Formulation

 • Sterile pre-filled syringe containing 2.5 mL PN solution (2.5% PN) for intradermal/subcutaneous injection as a skin booster.
 • Clear, low-viscosity injectable solution suitable for mesotherapy / skin-booster protocols.
 • Intended for professional use by qualified medical aesthetic practitioners.

Packaging

 • 1 box containing 1 sterile pre-filled syringe of 2.5 mL PN solution.
 • Syringe individually sealed and intended for single use only.
 • Packaging labelled with PN concentration, volume, lot/expiry details and usage instructions (for professionals).

Usage

 • Must be administered only by trained and certified medical aesthetic professionals.
 • Injection area should be cleansed and prepared under aseptic conditions prior to application.
 • Inject intradermally or subcutaneously into target skin areas (face, neck, décolleté, hands, other suitable regions) according to a mesotherapy / skin-booster protocol, dose and depth to be chosen by clinician based on individual skin condition.
 • Recommend a series of sessions: often 3–4 treatments spaced 3–4 weeks apart for optimal collagen and ECM stimulation, followed by maintenance treatments as advised by the practitioner.
 • Post-injection care: avoid excessive sun exposure, vigorous activity or skin irritation for recommended period; follow practitioner's guidance for aftercare. (Typical of PN/skin-booster treatments.)

Contraindications

 • Not for use in patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to polynucleotides, lidocaine, or any component of the formulation.
 • Not recommended for use in individuals with active skin infections, dermatitis, open wounds, inflamed or compromised skin at the injection site.
 • Not suitable for patients with autoimmune disorders or certain systemic conditions unless cleared by a physician (common precaution for injectable skin boosters).
 • Use only in licensed medical settings by qualified professionals; not for self-injection or unqualified administration.

Adverse Effects

 • Transient injection-site reactions such as redness, swelling, mild bruising or tenderness.
 • Temporary mild discomfort or burning due to lidocaine; low but possible risk of allergic or hypersensitivity reactions to PN or other components.
 • Possible formation of small papules or unevenness if injection technique or depth is incorrect — underscores need for professional administration. (Common with mesotherapy/skin boosters.)
 • Risk of infection or other complications if aseptic technique is not properly maintained during injection and post-care.

Storage Conditions

 • Store unopened syringes in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and heat as per manufacturer instructions.
 • Preferably store refrigerated or under controlled room temperature depending on distributor’s guidance (check packaging).
 • Do not freeze. Use before the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children. Ensure sterility until point of use.

Duration

Not fixed; each session is a single injection visit. Visible skin-quality changes may accumulate over a series of sessions (e.g. 3–4 treatments over several weeks) with long-term maintenance as per practitioner’s protocol.

Onset

Initial improvements in skin texture, hydration and glow may be noticeable within 2–4 weeks; collagen and elasticity improvements typically develop over several weeks to months after serial treatments.
