Peptide & Hyaluronic Acid Scalp Filler

Description

DR. CYJ Hair Filler 2 x 1 ml is a peptide-based injectable hair filler developed by Caregen Co., Ltd. It combines 0.7% hyaluronic acid with a patented complex of seven biomimetic peptides to revitalise the scalp, stimulate hair regrowth and reduce hair loss. The low-viscosity gel is specifically designed for injection into the scalp dermis to improve microcirculation, nourish hair follicles and support reconstruction of damaged scalp tissue caused by chemical, physical or traumatic factors, as well as age- and stress-related alopecia. Each pack contains two sterile 1 ml pre-filled syringes for professional in-clinic use in men and women with thinning hair, diffuse hair loss or non-scarring alopecia.

Bnefits

  • Stimulates hair follicles and promotes hair regrowth in thinning areas.
  • Helps slow down hair loss and supports management of non-scarring alopecia.
  • Improves hair thickness and density, enhancing overall hair volume.
  • Revitalises and hydrates the scalp, improving its structure and resilience.
  • Increases blood microcirculation in the scalp to optimise nutrient delivery to follicles.
  • Prolonged-release, biomimetic peptide technology provides sustained action for up to 2 weeks after injection.
  • Can be used as a supportive treatment after hair transplant procedures to strengthen transplanted follicles.
  • Suitable for both men and women with scalp damage from ageing, UV exposure, chemical treatments or mechanical trauma.

Indications

  • Non-scarring alopecia and early androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern hair loss) where follicles remain viable.
  • Diffuse hair thinning, increased hair shedding and reduced hair density.
  • Scalp damage and hair loss caused by aggressive hair treatments (dyes, bleaching, straightening), tight braiding or traction.
  • Scalp damage related to ageing, UV exposure, stress and other external or internal factors.
  • Supportive treatment before or after hair transplant procedures to enhance graft survival and strengthen hair follicles.
  • Patients seeking to complement other anti-hair-loss therapies with an injectable scalp revitalisation treatment.

Composition

  • Hyaluronic acid 0.70% (non-animal origin, reticulated).
  • Phosphate buffered saline (PBS).
  • Biomimetic peptide complex (seven patented peptides):
  • • Decapeptide-10
  • • Decapeptide-18
  • • Decapeptide-28
  • • Octapeptide-2
  • • Octapeptide-11
  • • Oligopeptide-54
  • • Oligopeptide-71

Formulation

  • Sterile, transparent, low-viscosity injectable gel.
  • Active components: 0.70% hyaluronic acid + seven biomimetic peptides in PBS.
  • Intended for intradermal injection into the scalp (superficial to medium dermis).
  • Single-use, non-pyrogenic, CE-marked medical device.

Packaging

  • Pack size: 2 x 1 ml pre-filled glass syringes (total 2 ml).
  • Each syringe supplied sterile in an individual blister.
  • Outer carton printed with product name, batch number, expiry date, CE mark and manufacturer details (Caregen Co., Ltd.).
  • Supplied with Instructions for Use (IFU) intended for qualified healthcare professionals.

Usage

  • For professional use only; administration should be restricted to trained medical practitioners experienced in injectable scalp treatments.
  • Evaluate and mark the treatment area; cleanse and disinfect the scalp thoroughly before injection.
  • Use a fine gauge needle (typically 30–32G) as recommended in the IFU.
  • Insert the needle at approximately 30° to the scalp surface into the superficial to medium dermis (around 3 mm depth).
  • Inject small aliquots (approximately 0.02–0.05 ml) per point, maintaining 0.2–0.3 cm spacing between injection points to achieve even distribution.
  • Standard treatment protocol commonly consists of several sessions spaced at 2-week intervals; the exact number of sessions depends on the severity of hair loss and clinical judgement.
  • The product can be used as a monotherapy or in combination with other hair-loss treatments as determined by the treating physician.
  • After treatment, advise patients to avoid alcohol immediately before and after procedures, and to follow clinic-specific post-care (e.g. avoiding saunas, swimming pools, harsh hair treatments and UV exposure for a short period).
  • Discard any unused product after first opening; syringes are single-use only and must not be resterilised or reused.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, any of the listed peptides or other formulation components.
  • History of severe allergies or anaphylactic reactions.
  • Active scalp infections, inflammatory scalp diseases or open lesions at or near the intended injection sites.
  • Severe chronic scalp conditions in the active phase, unless approved and monitored by a dermatologist.
  • Blood coagulation disorders or current use of anticoagulant/antiplatelet medications where injection-related bleeding risk is considered unacceptable.
  • Autoimmune diseases or patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy, unless the treating physician considers the treatment justified.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding (use is generally not recommended due to insufficient safety data).
  • Children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
  • Do not inject intravascularly or into areas of active inflammation.

Adverse Effects

  • Typical transient injection-site reactions such as redness (erythema), swelling, tenderness, itching or warmth at the treated areas.
  • Small bruises (ecchymosis) or haematomas at injection points.
  • Temporary scalp discomfort or mild pain during and shortly after treatment.
  • Occasional small nodules or palpable irregularities, usually resolving spontaneously or with gentle massage and follow-up.
  • Risk of infection at injection sites if aseptic technique and proper post-care are not observed.
  • Hypersensitivity or allergic reactions, including local or more generalised inflammatory responses; treatment should be stopped and appropriate medical care provided if suspected.
  • As with any injectable treatment, rare but more serious adverse events may occur; patients should promptly report persistent or unusual symptoms to their practitioner.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a clean, dry place at a controlled temperature as indicated on the packaging (commonly between about 2°C and 25°C).
  • Protect from direct sunlight, excessive heat and freezing.
  • Keep in the original blister and outer carton until use to maintain sterility and protect from light.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging or if the syringe or blister is damaged.
  • Single-use device – any unused gel must be discarded after first use; do not resterilise or reuse.
  • Keep out of the sight and reach of children and unauthorised persons.

Duration

A typical course consists of multiple sessions given at 2-week intervals (often 4 sessions or more, depending on indication and response). Clinical improvements in hair density and reduction in shedding are usually observed after several sessions, with visible hair regrowth often reported from around 2 months. Maintenance or additional courses may be recommended according to the patient\u2019s progress and practitioner assessment.

Onset

Initial improvements in scalp condition and reduction in hair shedding may be noticeable within a few weeks of starting treatment; visible increases in hair density and regrowth are typically seen after a few sessions, often from around 2 months, with continued improvement as the course progresses.
