Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and succinic acid injectable for skin revitalisation and redermalisation
Description
HYALUAL Electri is a professional injectable mesotherapy (biorevitalisation) product based on a synergistic combination of non-crosslinked high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (0.55%) and sodium succinate (succinic acid salt) 1.6%. Designed as a \first injection\ or single-session skin booster, it provides intensive skin restoration with natural moisturisation, visible complexion improvement, normalised microcirculation and structural skin improvement, without a long rehabilitation period. Supplied as a sterile 1.5 ml prefilled syringe with 30G needles, Electri is suitable for women and men of any age and targets dehydration, early signs of ageing, dullness, loss of turgor and hyperpigmentation on the face, neck and décolleté, including the delicate eye area by experienced injectors.

Usage
- For professional use only: administer only by trained healthcare professionals or aesthetic practitioners experienced in injectable mesotherapy and facial anatomy.
- Assess patient history, indications and contraindications; obtain informed consent prior to treatment.
- Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly. Degrease the skin if needed to improve injection control and visibility.
- Inject Electri intradermally using papular or microinjection technique, typically in zones such as forehead, periorbital area (by experienced practitioners), perioral area, chin, cheeks, neck and décolleté, following the manufacturer’s recommended protocol.
- Use the supplied 30G needles, injecting small aliquots at appropriate spacing; avoid intravascular injection and follow standard aseptic injection techniques.
- Electri is often used as a single-session treatment for intensive skin regeneration; protocols may also include occasional repeat sessions depending on patient needs and practitioner judgement.
- After injection, gently pat or lightly massage the treated area only if required, avoiding excessive pressure, especially around the eye area.
- Advise patients to avoid makeup on the treated area for several hours post-procedure and to minimise sun exposure, saunas, very hot showers and vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours.
- Recommend daily broad-spectrum sunscreen and gentle skincare after treatment to maintain results and minimise risk of post-procedural pigmentation.
- Always refer to the latest official HYALUAL Electri instructions for detailed protocol, dosing recommendations and combination options with other procedures.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, sodium succinate/succinic acid or any component of the product.
- Acute or chronic skin infections, inflammatory skin diseases or lesions at or near the intended injection sites (e.g. active herpes, dermatitis, severe acne flare).
- Autoimmune diseases or severe systemic disease where injectable aesthetic procedures are considered unsafe by the treating physician.
- Coagulation disorders or ongoing anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy where injection-associated bleeding risk is not acceptable (subject to prescriber risk assessment).
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (use is generally avoided due to lack of safety data).
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis.
- Known tendency to keloid or hypertrophic scar formation in the intended treatment area without careful risk–benefit assessment.
- Recent aggressive cosmetic procedures (deep peels, ablative lasers, dermabrasion) on the treatment area without adequate healing time.
- Any other condition that, in the professional judgement of the practitioner, makes injectable mesotherapy inappropriate.
Adverse Effects
- Common, usually transient injection-site reactions including redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, itching or mild pain.
- Temporary papules or small bumps at injection points, usually resolving as the product integrates into the tissue.
- Mild oedema, especially in delicate areas such as the periorbital region.
- Haematoma or ecchymosis at injection sites.
- Local inflammatory or hypersensitivity reactions; in rare cases, delayed inflammatory responses may occur.
- Very rare but potential complications of injectable procedures, such as infection, persistent nodules or granulomatous reactions, which may require medical treatment.
- As with any injectable near vascular structures, there is a theoretical risk of vascular events if product is inadvertently injected intravascularly; practitioners must follow safe injection techniques and be prepared to manage complications.
Storage Conditions
- Store between approximately 2°C and 25°C (as specified by distributors and manufacturer).
- Do not freeze. Protect from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
- Keep the product in its original packaging until use to preserve sterility and stability.
- Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
- Do not use if the syringe, needles or blister packaging are damaged or previously opened.
- Single-use medical device: discard any unused product, syringe and needles after the procedure according to local regulations for sharps and clinical waste.
Duration
Manufacturer and distributor data indicate that the results of a single HYALUAL Electri treatment typically last around 3\u20134 months, with sustained improvements in hydration, texture, tone and radiance. Duration can vary based on age, skin condition, lifestyle and maintenance treatments.
Onset
Visible improvements in hydration, skin glow and fine lines are usually seen shortly after the first procedure, with an express effect of hydration and brightening noted within days. Structural changes and further refinement of texture and tone develop over the following weeks as dermal regeneration progresses.
