Cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler with lidocaine
Description
INFINI S+ LIDOCAINE PREMIUM FILLER is an ultra-plastic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler with lidocaine, specifically designed for the correction of shallow lines, fine wrinkles and moderate skin defects in sensitive facial and hand areas. With a high HA concentration of 24 mg/ml and lidocaine 0.3%, plus a small particle size of approximately 200 μm, the gel is extremely smooth and cohesive, allowing homogeneous distribution and seamless integration into the tissue. It is mainly indicated for correction of the forehead, wrinkles around the eyes and mouth, glabellar lines, tear trough, neck and hand atrophies. The filler provides natural volumetric correction by increasing tissue volume, accentuating contours to the desired result with high plasticity and volume (both graded 5/5).

Usage
- Use only by appropriately trained and qualified medical professionals experienced in dermal filler injection techniques.
- Before the procedure, obtain a full medical history, assess indications and contraindications, and obtain informed consent.
- Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly according to aseptic technique standards.
- Attach one of the supplied 30G TSK needles to the pre-filled 1 ml syringe, ensuring secure connection and removal of air bubbles.
- Inject INFINI S+ LIDOCAINE into the superficial dermis (or oral mucosa where indicated) using appropriate techniques (e.g., linear threading, serial puncture, microbolus) adapted to the area treated.
- Recommended areas include glabella, forehead, fine periorbital wrinkles, perioral lines, neck wrinkles, tear trough (advanced users), and hand rejuvenation in shallow dermal planes.
- Inject slowly and avoid overcorrection; gently massage the area if needed to ensure even distribution and smooth contour.
- Monitor the patient during and immediately after treatment for any adverse reactions.
- Provide post-treatment instructions: avoid extreme facial movements, massage (unless advised), intense heat or cold, vigorous exercise, and alcohol for 24–48 hours; avoid makeup on treated areas for at least 12 hours or as per protocol.
- Schedule follow-up as needed; a touch-up session may be performed after a few weeks if further refinement is required.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine, local anaesthetics of the amide type, or any component of the product
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (general precaution for aesthetic injectable procedures)
- Patients under 18 years of age
- Active skin infections, inflammatory skin diseases, or lesions at or near the intended treatment site (e.g., herpes, acne, dermatitis)
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis without adequate precautions
- Autoimmune diseases or patients undergoing immunotherapy, unless previously evaluated and approved by a specialist
- Bleeding disorders or current anticoagulant therapy unless carefully assessed and managed by the treating physician

Adverse Effects
- Transient erythema (redness), swelling and bruising at injection sites
- Mild to moderate pain, tenderness or itching at the treated area (often reduced by lidocaine content)
- Small haematomas or ecchymosis due to needle insertion
- Temporary palpable irregularities or nodules, usually resolving with massage or over time
- Rare but serious complications such as vascular occlusion, ischaemia or tissue necrosis if injected intravascularly or with excessive pressure
- Very rare risk of hypersensitivity reactions, including delayed inflammatory responses or granuloma formation
- Risk of infection at injection site if aseptic technique is not strictly observed
Storage Conditions
- Store in original packaging, protected from light and moisture.
- Recommended storage temperature typically between 2°C and 25°C (as per standard HA filler guidelines; follow exact range on carton/insert).
- Do not freeze the product and do not expose to excessive heat.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use immediately after opening; do not resterilise or reuse leftover product or needles.

Duration
The visible correction effect typically lasts approximately 5\u20138 months, depending on factors such as injection technique, treatment area, patient age, lifestyle, and individual metabolism of hyaluronic acid. The procedure itself usually takes 20\u201340 minutes, including consultation and preparation.
Onset
Immediate volumetric correction and wrinkle softening are visible directly after injection; optimal integration and final aesthetic result are generally observed after several days once any transient swelling or redness has subsided.
