Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid & amino acid biorevitalising injectable
Description
Jalupro Super Hydro is a sterile, absorbable injectable skin booster from Professional Derma SA designed for biorevitalisation of mature, dehydrated and lax skin. It combines a high concentration of non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate at dual molecular weights (low and high), a specific cluster of seven amino acids and three biomimetic peptides in a single pre-filled syringe. This hybrid formulation provides deep and long-lasting dermal hydration, improves skin density and elasticity, supports facial ligament and fat-pad structure and delivers a visible lifting and firming effect. It is indicated for treatment of moderate to deep wrinkles, loss of tone and severe dehydration on the face, neck, décolleté and backs of the hands, and is classified as a Class III CE-marked medical device for intradermal implant, for professional use only.
Bnefits
- Provides intense and long-lasting dermal hydration thanks to high-concentration dual-weight hyaluronic acid
- Improves skin density, firmness and elasticity through combined action of hyaluronic acid, amino acids and peptides
- Helps lift and redefine sagging facial contours and supports ligament and deep connective tissue structure
- Reduces the appearance of moderate to deep wrinkles and skin depressions
- Revitalises dull, tired skin and restores a more radiant, even and healthy-looking complexion
- Stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis via a targeted amino-acid cluster and biomimetic peptides
- Suitable for face, neck, décolleté and dorsal hands for global skin quality improvement
- Can be combined with other aesthetic procedures (e.g. peels, laser, HIFU, microneedling) as part of a comprehensive rejuvenation protocol when performed by trained professionals
Indications
- Biorevitalisation of mature, dehydrated and lax skin
- Moderate to deep facial wrinkles and folds

- Quality improvement and hydration of dorsal hands
- Support of facial ligament and deep connective tissue structure as part of anti-ageing protocols
Composition
- Non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) 32 mg/ml; total 80 mg per 2.5 ml (combination of low molecular weight ~200 kDa and high molecular weight ~2000 kDa HA)
- Amino acids: Glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-alanine, L-valine, L-arginine
- Peptides: Acetyl Decapeptide-3, Oligopeptide-24, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5
- Sterile, apyrogenic excipient gel vehicle suitable for intradermal injection (buffered aqueous solution)
Formulation
- Sterile, apyrogenic, viscoelastic gel for intradermal implant
- Non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate 3.2% (dual molecular weight: LMW and HMW) in aqueous solution
- Enriched with a specific cluster of seven amino acids and three biomimetic peptides for enhanced biostimulatory effect
- Single-use, pre-filled glass syringe presentation, ready for injection by a trained healthcare professional
Packaging
- Box containing 1 pre-filled glass syringe x 2.5 ml of Jalupro Super Hydro gel
- No needles included; intended to be used with 29G–30G needles as per instructions for use
- Sterile, single-use Class III medical device in protective primary and secondary packaging
Usage
- For professional use only; product must be injected by a suitably qualified healthcare professional trained in intradermal injection techniques and facial anatomy.
- Administer via intradermal or mid-dermal micro-deposit injections using an appropriate fine needle (commonly 29G–30G, 13 mm), following the manufacturer’s recommended injection patterns (e.g. multi-point or 6+1 point technique on the face).
- Distribute the 2.5 ml syringe content across the selected treatment area(s) such as face, neck, décolleté and/or dorsal hands, avoiding intravascular injection and respecting aseptic technique.
- Typical treatment protocols described by the manufacturer involve a course of several sessions (e.g. around 3–4 sessions spaced roughly 2–4 weeks apart), followed by maintenance treatments approximately every 6 months, adapted to patient age, skin condition and clinical judgement.
- After injection, gently massage the treated area to aid even distribution of the product and minimise palpable deposits, while avoiding excessive pressure.
- Follow local guidelines and the official instructions for use (IFU) regarding patient selection, injection depth, volume per point, intervals between sessions and post-procedure care.
- Dispose of any unused product and used syringes/needles as clinical sharps waste immediately after the procedure; the syringe is single-use and must not be re-sterilised or reused.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity or known allergy to hyaluronic acid, any of the amino acids, peptides or other components of the formulation
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable hyaluronic acid products
- Active infection, inflammation, dermatitis or herpetic lesions at or near the intended injection site
- Concurrent systemic infection or significant systemic illness that, in the clinician’s opinion, may increase procedure risk
- Autoimmune diseases or immunosuppression where intradermal implants are contraindicated, unless carefully assessed by a specialist
- Coagulation disorders, current anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy that significantly increases bleeding or bruising risk (unless risk–benefit has been assessed by the treating physician)
- History of hypertrophic scarring or keloid formation in the treatment area
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (use is generally not recommended in the absence of adequate safety data)
- Any other contraindications listed in the official instructions for use (IFU) by the manufacturer
Adverse Effects
- Common, usually transient injection-site reactions such as redness (erythema), swelling, oedema, bruising, tenderness, pain, itching or a feeling of warmth at the treated area
- Localized induration, nodules or palpable product deposits at injection points, usually resolving with appropriate massage and time
- Minor bleeding or haematoma at injection sites
- Temporary asymmetry or irregularities due to uneven product distribution immediately post-injection
- Less common but more significant reactions may include prolonged swelling, granuloma formation, hypersensitivity reactions or local infection requiring medical management
- Very rare but serious complications associated with injectable procedures, such as vascular compromise or embolic events, which require urgent expert management
Storage Conditions
- Store between 2°C and 25°C in a dry place.
- Keep in the original packaging to protect from light.
- Do not freeze; avoid excessive heat or temperature fluctuations.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
- Do not use if the packaging is damaged, the syringe has been opened, or the expiry date has passed.
Duration
Clinical improvements in hydration and skin quality typically appear after the first session and can persist for approximately 6\u201312 months, depending on the initial skin condition, number of sessions and adherence to maintenance treatments (often recommended around every 6 months).
Onset
A visible increase in hydration, plumpness and radiance is often noticeable shortly after the first treatment, with progressive improvement in firmness, elasticity and wrinkle reduction over the following weeks to months as collagen and extracellular matrix remodelling occur.
