Periorbital hyaluronic acid & amino acid dermal filler

Description

JALUPRO YOUNG EYE is a sterile, reabsorbable injectable skin booster specifically developed for the delicate periorbital area. It is a hyaluronic acid–based solution containing two types of hyaluronic acid with different molecular densities, combined with a complex of seven amino acids and three biomimetic peptides. This advanced cocktail is designed to treat and prevent signs of ageing around the eyes, including periorbital wrinkles, crow’s feet, dark circles, puffiness and bags under the eyes. By deeply hydrating the tissue, stimulating collagen production and strengthening the connective tissue around the eyes, JALUPRO YOUNG EYE improves firmness, density and elasticity of the skin, giving the eye area a younger, fresher and more rested appearance. It is a Class III CE-marked medical device intended strictly for injection by trained physicians and healthcare professionals.

Bnefits

  • Targeted rejuvenation of the delicate eye contour, including under-eye area and crow’s feet.
  • Reduces dark circles and under-eye bags, helping to minimise tired, hollowed appearance.
  • Improves the appearance of periorbital wrinkles and fine lines (crow’s feet).
  • Enhances skin firmness, density and elasticity around the eyes by stimulating collagen synthesis.
  • Provides intense, long-lasting hydration with a hyaluronic acid blend while minimising risk of excessive swelling.
  • Strengthens periorbital connective tissue and supports tissue volume for a smoother, more youthful eye contour.
  • Helps delay skin ageing processes in the eye area by supporting dermal matrix regeneration.
  • Specially formulated to limit puffiness through bi-density hyaluronic acid tailored for the eye region.
  • Can be combined with other aesthetic procedures as part of a comprehensive periorbital rejuvenation plan when used by experts.

Indications

  • Periorbital wrinkles and crow’s feet.
  • Visible dark circles under the eyes.
  • Under-eye bags and puffiness.
  • Skin laxity and loss of firmness around the eyes.
  • Thinning and loss of density of the skin in the eye contour.
  • General rejuvenation and revitalisation of the eye area.
  • Patients wishing to delay or prevent visible ageing processes around the eyes.

Composition

  • Sodium hyaluronate (two types of hyaluronic acid with different molecular densities) – provides intense hydration while minimising risk of excessive swelling.
  • 7 amino acids: glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine HCl, L-alanine, L-valine, L-arginine HCl – stimulate natural collagen production and support dermal matrix.
  • 3 peptides: Acetyl Decapeptide-3, Oligopeptide-24, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5 – activate fibroblasts, protect collagen, reduce puffiness and have a myorelaxing/smoothing effect.
  • Buffer phosphate.
  • Water for injection.

Formulation

  • Sterile, apyrogenic, injectable solution for intradermal / deep dermal use in the periorbital region.
  • Hyaluronic acid–based cocktail with bi-density HA (two molecular weights) to optimise hydration without promoting oedema.
  • Enriched with seven collagen-stimulating amino acids and three biomimetic peptides for biorevitalising and anti-ageing effects.
  • Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid designed for skin boosting and tissue quality improvement rather than volumising augmentation.

Packaging

  • Box containing 1 x 1 ml pre-filled, sterile glass syringe of JALUPRO YOUNG EYE.
  • Intended for single use only; syringe must not be reused or re-sterilised.
  • Typically used with a 32G needle or 30G cannula as recommended by the manufacturer and distributor protocols.
  • Supplied with package insert / instructions for use for healthcare professionals.

Usage

  • For strict medical use only; must be injected by physicians or appropriately trained healthcare professionals/cosmetologists in aesthetic medicine.
  • Inject into deep layers of the dermis in the periorbital area using a 32G needle or 30G cannula, following safe injection techniques and avoiding intravascular injection.
  • Indicated injection areas include dark circles, under-eye region, eye bags and lateral eye area (crow’s feet), respecting anatomical safety zones.
  • The manufacturer recommends 4 to 6 treatment sessions, generally one session per week, ensuring at least a three-day interval between treatments.
  • Amount per session and exact injection pattern (micro-bolus, linear or fanning techniques) should be adapted to patient anatomy, degree of ageing and practitioner expertise.
  • Maintain strict aseptic technique: cleanse skin thoroughly and disinfect the treatment area before injections.
  • After treatment, gently massage the area if needed to distribute product evenly, avoiding excessive pressure directly on the globe of the eye.
  • Advise patients to avoid make-up on the treated area for several hours, as well as intense heat (sauna, sunbeds), strenuous exercise and alcohol excess for 24 hours post-procedure.
  • Schedule maintenance treatments according to clinical response, often every 6–9 months, or as per practitioner protocol.
  • Dispose of used syringes and needles immediately after the procedure in appropriate sharps containers.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity or known allergy to hyaluronic acid, amino acids, peptides or any component of the formulation.
  • History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable hyaluronic acid products or similar biorevitalisers.
  • Active local infection, inflammation, dermatitis or herpetic lesions in or near the intended periorbital treatment area.
  • Systemic infection, uncontrolled systemic disease or significant immunosuppression where injections pose increased risk, unless carefully assessed by a physician.
  • Autoimmune diseases or collagen-vascular disorders, unless the treating specialist judges the procedure appropriate after risk–benefit assessment.
  • Coagulation disorders or current anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy that markedly increases bleeding or bruising risk, unless managed and approved by the physician.
  • History of hypertrophic scarring or keloid formation in the periorbital region.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding (generally not recommended due to lack of safety data).
  • Any contraindications or warnings specified in the official Professional Derma SA instructions for use (IFU).

Adverse Effects

  • Common, usually transient: redness, mild swelling, tenderness, pain, itching or warmth at injection sites around the eyes.
  • Minor bruising or haematoma due to injections in the highly vascular periorbital region.
  • Temporary asymmetry, small papules or palpable product deposits which usually resolve as the product integrates.
  • Less common: prolonged oedema, persistent nodules, local infection or inflammatory reactions that may require medical management.
  • Rare but serious: hypersensitivity reactions or granuloma formation; very rare vascular complications if inadvertent intravascular injection occurs, requiring urgent specialist management.
  • Any unusual or persistent symptoms should prompt clinical review and appropriate treatment according to current aesthetic medicine guidelines.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a cool, dry place at a controlled room temperature as indicated by the manufacturer (typically between 2°C and 25°C).
  • Do not freeze.
  • Keep in the original packaging to protect from light and maintain sterility until use.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
  • Do not use if the blister or syringe is damaged or if sterility is compromised.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.

Duration

Clinical effects typically last around 6\u20139 months depending on age, skin condition, lifestyle and number of sessions completed; maintenance sessions are generally recommended to sustain results.

Onset

Initial improvement in hydration and smoothness is often visible within days after the first session, with progressive reduction in dark circles, puffiness and fine lines, and improved firmness and density of the eye contour over several weeks and across the full course of 4\u20136 treatments.
