Kiara Reju

Injectable skin booster
PDRN and hyaluronic acid polynucleotide skin booster

    Description

Kiara Reju is a Korean PDRN-based skin booster combining non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides (PDRN) and niacinamide in prefilled 2.2 ml syringes. It is designed for biorevitalisation of photoaged, dull or dehydrated skin, improving tone, texture and radiance while smoothing fine lines and acne scars. By deeply hydrating the skin, stimulating regeneration and supporting barrier repair, Kiara Reju helps restore a healthy, bright and elastic complexion with results that can last up to 12 months after a course of treatments.

    Usage

    • For professional use only; treatment must be performed by a suitably trained aesthetic or medical practitioner under aseptic conditions.
    • Disinfect the treatment area thoroughly; topical anaesthetic may be applied and removed according to clinic protocol.
    • Inject into the superficial to mid-dermis using microinjection, nappage, mesotherapy, or similar biorevitalisation techniques, spacing injections approximately 1 cm apart.
    • Typical volume is around 0.2 ml per injection point (up to 0.4 ml for deeper wrinkles), adjusting according to area and skin condition.
    • Standard protocol often comprises 3 treatment sessions spaced about 3–4 weeks apart; some protocols suggest 3–5 sessions depending on indication and patient response.
    • Maintenance treatments may be repeated approximately every 6–9 months to sustain results, at the practitioner’s discretion.
    • After treatment, follow usual post-procedure care: avoid makeup, saunas, intense exercise and sun exposure for a specified period; use high SPF sun protection and soothing skincare as recommended by the practitioner.

    Contraindications

    • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides (PDRN), niacinamide or any excipient in the formulation
    • Active skin infections, inflammation or dermatitis at or near the intended injection sites
    • Autoimmune diseases or uncontrolled systemic illness where injectable biostimulators are contraindicated, according to physician judgement
    • Pregnancy and breastfeeding, in line with common precautions for aesthetic injectable treatments
    • Bleeding disorders or patients on anticoagulant therapy where injections may pose additional risk, unless carefully assessed by a physician

    Adverse Effects

    • Common, usually transient: redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, itching or small nodules at injection sites
    • Less common: local inflammation or infection if aseptic technique is not strictly followed
    • Rare: hypersensitivity reactions, including more pronounced swelling or erythema; in such cases treatment should be stopped and medical evaluation sought
    • As with any injectable procedure, there is a small risk of vascular compromise if inadvertently injected intravascularly; emergency protocols should be in place

    Storage Conditions

    • Store between 2°C and 25°C.
    • Protect from direct sunlight and freezing.
    • Keep in original packaging until use to maintain sterility and protect from light.
    • Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

A typical course consists of around 3 sessions at 3\u20134 week intervals, with aesthetic results often lasting up to approximately 12 months after completion of treatment. Maintenance sessions every 6\u20139 months may be recommended.

    Onset

Increased hydration and glow are often visible shortly after treatment, with progressive improvements in texture, elasticity and tone developing over several weeks as regeneration and collagen-supporting effects build.
