Hybrid polynucleotide skin booster injection
Description
Levair (1 x 2ml) is a cutting-edge hybrid skin booster and polynucleotide injectable developed by Haim Aesthetics. It combines dual-weight hyaluronic acid with regenerative polynucleotides (PDRN), peptides, succinic acid, glycerol and tranexamic acid to intensely hydrate the skin, improve texture, reduce hyperpigmentation and brighten overall tone. The formulation is designed for professional use in adults to address dry, dull or photo-damaged skin, fine lines and wrinkles, dark under-eye circles, uneven pigmentation and loss of elasticity, providing a lifted, plumper and more radiant appearance when administered as part of a structured treatment course by qualified practitioners.
Bnefits
- Deep hydration and long-lasting moisture, helping keep the skin plump and smooth
- Improvement of hyperpigmentation and dark spots, promoting a more even skin tone
- Reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for a more youthful look
- Treatment of dark circles and under-eye bags, revitalising the peri-orbital area
- Subtle skin lifting and plumping, enhancing firmness and elasticity
- Support and protection of the skin barrier, contributing to healthier and more resilient skin
- Improvement of dry, lacklustre or dull skin, restoring radiance and glow
- Assistance in reducing the appearance of certain scars and textural irregularities
- Stimulation of collagen and elastin production via polynucleotides and peptides
- Antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory benefits that help limit bacteria and fungi on the skin surface and may support acne-prone or reactive skin

Usage
- For professional use only – Levair should be administered exclusively by suitably qualified and trained healthcare professionals or aesthetic practitioners familiar with injectable skin boosters.
- Treatment areas commonly include the face and peri-orbital region (including carefully selected under-eye areas), and may include other indicated regions at the practitioner’s discretion in line with local guidance and training.
- Typical protocols described by clinics and training providers involve an initial course of approximately 2–4 treatment sessions spaced about 3–6 weeks apart, followed by periodic maintenance sessions (for example every 6–12 months), tailored to individual patient needs and practitioner judgement.
- Prior to treatment, a full medical history, assessment of indications and contraindications, and informed consent are required.
- Product is injected into the superficial to mid dermis using appropriate aseptic technique, needle size and injection pattern as defined in the manufacturer’s guidance and current best-practice training; techniques may include micro-depot, linear threading or micro-bolus approaches depending on area and protocol.
- After treatment, patients are generally advised to avoid alcohol, intense exercise, saunas, sunbeds and the application of makeup to treated areas for around 24 hours, and to follow any additional aftercare information provided by their practitioner.
- Levair must not be used as a self-injection product and should not be used outside an appropriate clinical environment.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides (PDRN), tranexamic acid, peptides, succinic acid, glycerol or any other component of the formulation
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis, particularly to injectable aesthetic products
- Known allergy to Gram-positive bacterial proteins used in hyaluronic-acid-based injectables, as highlighted in LeVair Skin Booster line safety information
- Active skin infections, inflammation or lesions at or near the intended injection sites (e.g. herpes simplex, bacterial or fungal infections, dermatitis)
- Current use of anticoagulant medications or bleeding disorders where tranexamic acid–containing injectables may pose additional risk – treatment should be avoided or only considered after specialist medical advice
- Uncontrolled systemic diseases, significant autoimmune or connective-tissue disorders where injectable aesthetic procedures may be ill-advised
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (routine aesthetic injectable treatments are generally avoided in these groups)
- Patients under the age recommended by the manufacturer (LeVair Skin Booster line is generally indicated for adults 21+)
- Any other contraindications identified during medical assessment or specified in the official product information
Adverse Effects
- Common, usually mild and transient: redness, swelling, tenderness, warmth, itching or discomfort at injection sites
- Local bruising or small haematomas at needle entry points
- Temporary lumps or papules at injection points which typically resolve as the product integrates into the tissue
- Less commonly reported for skin boosters and the LeVair line: prolonged swelling, inflammation, nodules, dry skin or unsatisfactory cosmetic results
- As with other injectable HA and PN products, rare but serious events such as infection, vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis, or pronounced hypersensitivity reactions are possible and require prompt medical management
- Post-treatment advice usually includes avoiding alcohol, NSAIDs/anti-inflammatory medication and makeup for around 24 hours to help minimise bruising and irritation, and following any personalised aftercare given by the practitioner
Storage Conditions
- Store in accordance with the instructions on the outer carton and package insert supplied by the manufacturer.
- Typically stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
- Do not freeze and avoid extreme temperature fluctuations.
- Keep in original packaging until use to maintain sterility and protect from light.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children and non-professionals; product is intended for clinical use only.
Duration
Commonly used as a course of around 2–4 sessions spaced approximately 3–6 weeks apart, with results in many patients maintained with occasional top-up or maintenance treatments roughly every 6–12 months, according to clinical judgement, patient response and local protocols.
Onset
Hydration and radiance improvements are often reported within days to a few weeks after the first session, with more visible benefits in texture, tone and fine lines typically emerging progressively over the full course of treatments and consolidating over subsequent weeks.
