Lipflé is a next-generation red lip filler based on 24 mg/ml cross-linked hyaluronic acid, designed specifically for precise lip enhancement. Its formula combines HA with Vitamin B12, PDRN and mannitol to deliver soft, natural volume, subtle redness, hydration and support for tissue repair.

Usage

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine, Vitamin B12, PDRN, mannitol or any component of the product.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (as per standard dermal filler safety practice).
  • Presence of active skin disease, infection or inflammation in or near the intended injection area.
  • History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis.
  • Bleeding disorders or current use of significant anticoagulant therapy, unless carefully assessed by the prescriber.
  • Autoimmune disease or immunosuppression, unless assessed and approved by a qualified prescriber.
  • Previous permanent filler or foreign body in the intended treatment area without expert assessment.

Adverse Effects

  • Transient swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising at the injection site.
  • Pain or discomfort during and shortly after injection.
  • Itching or local irritation.
  • Nodules, lumps or unevenness in the treated area.
  • Asymmetry or undesired aesthetic outcome requiring adjustment or dissolution.
  • Vascular occlusion or embolisation leading to blanching, pain, tissue ischaemia or necrosis if filler is injected into or compresses a vessel (medical emergency).
  • Infection, including rare but serious complications such as abscess or cellulitis.
  • Hypersensitivity or allergic reactions, including very rare anaphylaxis.

Storage Conditions

  • Store between 1°C and 30°C as stated on product specifications.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Store in original packaging until use to maintain sterility.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Respect the printed expiry date (typically 24 months from manufacture).
