Polynucleotide (PDRN) skin booster combo for face and eyes
Description
The Lumi-PN Duo Box – Sophia Bailey Edition is a limited-edition, curated polynucleotide rejuvenation set that combines two advanced PDRN injectables in a single collector’s box. Created in collaboration with practitioner and educator Sophia Bailey and designed by UK Skin Tech Innovation, the Duo Box contains one Lumi-PN Eyes syringe (30 mg ultra-pure PDRN in 1.5 ml) for targeted under-eye and periocular rejuvenation, and one Lumi-PN Face syringe (50 mg ultra-pure PDRN in 2.5 ml) for full-face, neck, décolletage and hand revitalisation. Both solutions deliver PDRN at a concentration of 20 mg/ml, supporting tissue regeneration, collagen stimulation, intense hydration, improved tone and reduction in dark circles and fine lines. The set provides a comprehensive, protocol-ready polynucleotide solution for multi-area treatment in a single, premium presentation.
Bnefits
- Complete polynucleotide protocol in one box, combining dedicated eye and full-face/neck/decolletage/hand treatments.
- Includes Lumi-PN Eyes: 1.5 ml syringe containing 30 mg ultra-pure PDRN for under-eye and periocular rejuvenation.
- Includes Lumi-PN Face: 2.5 ml syringe containing 50 mg ultra-pure PDRN for broader treatment zones (face, neck, décolletage, hands).
- High-purity polynucleotides at a potent concentration of 20 mg/ml in both formulations.
- Targets dark circles, fine lines and tissue laxity around the eyes while improving global skin texture, tone and hydration on the face and body.
- Promotes fibroblast activity, new collagen synthesis and skin tissue regeneration for firmer, more elastic skin.
- Delivers intense, deep hydration for a visible glow and plumper, healthier-looking complexion from the first treatment.
- Sophia Bailey–curated edition ensures a cohesive, protocol-based pairing suitable for advanced aesthetic practice.
- Limited-edition collector’s box with premium presentation, ideal for clinic packages and high-end treatment menus.
- Designed by UK Skin Tech Innovation, aligning with established LUMI/LUMIFIL device quality and performance standards.
Indications
- Periocular rejuvenation, including dark circles, fine lines and crepey skin under and around the eyes (using Lumi-PN Eyes).
- Full-face skin quality improvement: texture, tone, fine lines and early photo-ageing (using Lumi-PN Face).
- Neck, décolletage and hand rejuvenation where hydration, elasticity and tone need improvement (Lumi-PN Face).
- Patients seeking non-volumising biostimulatory treatment to improve overall skin health and radiance rather than contour change.
- Adjunctive therapy to complement other aesthetic procedures (e.g. fillers, toxin, peels, RF) as part of a comprehensive skin regeneration plan, as per clinician judgement.
Composition
- LUMI-PN EYES:
- • Ultra-pure PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) 30 mg in 1.5 ml (20 mg/ml).
- • Sterile buffered solution (physiological carrier; full excipient list as per manufacturer IFU).
- LUMI-PN FACE:
- • Ultra-pure PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) 50 mg in 2.5 ml (20 mg/ml).
- • Sterile buffered solution (physiological carrier; full excipient list as per manufacturer IFU).
Formulation
- Two sterile, injectable polynucleotide (PDRN) skin booster solutions supplied in pre-filled syringes.
- Both formulations contain ultra-pure PDRN at 20 mg/ml in an aqueous, buffered, sterile solution suitable for intradermal/poly-needling administration.
- Non-crosslinked biostimulatory solutions designed to enhance tissue regeneration, hydration and collagen synthesis rather than volumetric filling.
Packaging
- Limited-edition collector’s box curated with Sophia Bailey branding and LUMI-PN design.
- Box contents:
- • 1 x Lumi-PN Eyes 1.5 ml pre-filled syringe (30 mg PDRN total).
- • 1 x Lumi-PN Face 2.5 ml pre-filled syringe (50 mg PDRN total).
- Internal tray/inlay to secure both syringes for presentation and protection.
- Outer packaging includes product and collaboration branding, batch/lot numbers, expiry date and manufacturer/distributor information.
Usage
- For professional use only; to be administered by suitably trained healthcare professionals/aesthetic practitioners experienced in injectable biostimulators.
- Lumi-PN Eyes is typically delivered via micro-bolus, micropapular, linear threading or poly-needling techniques to the under-eye and periocular region, avoiding intravascular injection and observing safe anatomical planes.
- Lumi-PN Face is applied to the face, neck, décolletage and/or hands using nappage, micro-bolus, linear threading or poly-needling/mesotherapy techniques in the superficial to mid-dermis, according to clinical judgement and protocol.
- Treatments may be planned as a course (e.g. 2–4 sessions spaced several weeks apart) based on patient indication, age, skin status and practitioner protocol; exact regimen should follow current manufacturer/brand guidance or clinic protocol.
- Prior to injection, perform a full medical history, consent and photographic documentation; cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly and maintain strict aseptic technique.
- Use appropriate needle or cannula gauge and length as recommended by the brand or as per clinic standards for polynucleotide boosters.
- After treatment, gently pat or massage injection points only as required to distribute product; avoid excessive manipulation of delicate periorbital tissues.
- Provide written aftercare, including avoidance of makeup on treated areas for at least 12–24 hours, avoidance of strenuous exercise, alcohol, sauna/steam rooms and direct sun/heat for 24–48 hours, and the use of broad-spectrum SPF daily.
- Instruct patients to report any signs of complications promptly (e.g. escalating pain, persistent redness, nodules, blanching, visual changes) and schedule follow-up to assess results and plan maintenance.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to polynucleotides/PDRN or any excipients in the formulations.
- Active skin infection, inflammation or disease at or near the intended injection sites (e.g. dermatitis, herpes simplex, bacterial skin infection).
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable biostimulatory products.
- Autoimmune disorders, immunosuppression, uncontrolled systemic disease or coagulation disorders, unless carefully evaluated and cleared by an appropriate clinician.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, as elective aesthetic injectables are generally avoided due to limited safety data.
- Previous permanent fillers, implants or foreign materials in the proposed treatment area where interaction risk exists, unless deemed safe by an experienced injector.
- Any additional contraindications and precautions specified by the manufacturer’s instructions for use or relevant professional guidelines for polynucleotide injectables.
Adverse Effects
- Common, usually transient injection-related reactions: redness, mild swelling, tenderness, bruising, pruritus or small haematomas at injection sites.
- Temporary unevenness or palpable papules at injection points which typically resolve over several days as the product integrates.
- Rare inflammatory nodules or delayed hypersensitivity reactions, as possible with any injectable biostimulatory treatment.
- Risk of infection if aseptic technique or aftercare are inadequate.
- As with any injectable, inadvertent intravascular injection could theoretically cause vascular compromise; practitioners must be trained in recognition and emergency management.
- Patients should be advised to contact the clinic promptly if they experience severe pain, unusual discolouration (e.g. blanching or mottling), persistent or worsening swelling, signs of infection or visual disturbances.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Maintain within the temperature range specified on the packaging, commonly between 2°C and 25°C; do not freeze.
- Keep syringes in their original box until use to protect from light and physical damage.
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging, or if the syringes, solution clarity or packaging appear compromised.
- Store out of reach of children and unauthorised persons, in accordance with clinic medicine/device storage protocols.
Duration
Biostimulatory effects typically build gradually over several weeks post-treatment, with visible improvements often noted after the first session and further gains following a completed course (commonly 2–4 sessions, spaced 3–4 weeks apart, according to clinic protocol). Maintenance treatments may be recommended every 6–12 months, depending on patient age, skin condition and response.
Onset
Many patients experience increased hydration and a subtle glow within days of treatment, with progressive improvements in texture, tone and fine lines developing over 2–6 weeks as collagen synthesis and tissue remodelling occur.
