Biostimulatory Dermal Fillers
Description
Neauvia Organic Stimulate Man is a pegylated, biostimulatory dermal filler specifically formulated for male skin. It is a biodegradable, crosslinked hyaluronic acid hydrogel enriched with calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), glycine and L-proline, designed to restore volume, correct deep skin depressions and stimulate collagen in areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, nasolabial and mentolabial folds, and hands. With a high concentration of hyaluronic acid (28 mg/ml) crosslinked with PEG, it offers strong volumising power, high viscoelasticity and long-lasting correction, while its amino-acid-enriched formulation supports improved skin quality and structure over time.
Bnefits
- Male-specific formulation tailored to thicker male skin and typical male ageing patterns, providing robust volumisation and contouring.
- High concentration of hyaluronic acid (28 mg/ml) delivers strong volume restoration and tissue support with natural-looking results.
- Dual-action effect: immediate filling of wrinkles and volume deficits plus long-term collagen biostimulation via 1% calcium hydroxyapatite and amino acids.
- PEG cross-linking (Smart Cross-Linking Technology) improves biocompatibility, safety profile and structural stability compared with traditional BDDE-based fillers.
- Enrichment with glycine and L-proline, key collagen-building amino acids, supports neocollagenesis and long-lasting improvement in skin firmness and elasticity.
- High viscoelasticity and cohesivity help maintain shape and projection in high-mobility areas while minimising migration.
- Versatile indications including deep wrinkles, midface volumisation, chin and jawline sculpting, and hand rejuvenation.
- Durable results, typically lasting around 9–12 months or longer depending on patient factors and treatment area.
Indications
- Filling of deep cutaneous depressions, including deep wrinkles and folds such as nasolabial and mentolabial folds and marionette lines.
- Restoration of volume and contour in male cheeks and midface.
- Chin volumisation and definition, jawline contouring and facial sculpting.
- Correction of age-related volume loss and loss of facial density in men.
- Hand rejuvenation with restoration of volume and improvement of visible tendons and veins.
- Biostimulation of collagen to enhance overall skin quality, density and elasticity in treated areas.
Composition
- Hyaluronic acid 28 mg/ml, crosslinked with polyethylene glycol (PEG).
- Calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) 1% (micro-particles dispersed within the HA hydrogel).
- Glycine (amino acid).
- L-Proline (amino acid).
- Highly purified, non-animal origin sodium hyaluronate derived from bacterial fermentation.
- Sterile, apyrogenic, monophasic PEG-HA hydrogel free from BDDE crosslinker.
Formulation
- Biodegradable PEG-crosslinked hyaluronic acid hydrogel enriched with 1% CaHA and amino acids glycine and L-proline.
- High-viscosity, high-viscoelasticity filler designed for structural volumisation and lifting in male skin.
- Monophasic injectable hydrogel intended for subdermal and/or supraperiosteal injection to restore lost soft-tissue volume.
- Dual-action filler combining immediate volumisation (HA) with longer-term collagen stimulation (CaHA and amino acids).
- Sterile, non-pyrogenic, single-use Class III medical device for professional injection only.
Packaging
- Box containing 1 pre-filled 1 ml glass syringe of Neauvia Organic Stimulate Man.
- Supplied with a sterile needle or cannula set (commonly 21G or 22G, depending on kit configuration) for injection.
- Each pack includes instructions for use and traceability labels for patient records.
Usage
- For medical use only; must be administered by appropriately trained and licensed healthcare professionals experienced in dermal filler techniques.
- Conduct a full medical history and facial assessment, confirm indication and rule out contraindications before treatment; obtain informed consent.
- Clean and disinfect the treatment area using standard aseptic technique.
- Attach the recommended needle or cannula to the pre-filled syringe, ensuring a secure luer-lock connection and expel air before injection.
- Inject into the subdermis and/or onto the periosteum in selected areas (e.g. cheeks, chin, jawline, deep folds, hands) using appropriate techniques such as linear threading, fanning or depot injections, avoiding intravascular injection.
- Massage the treated area gently if needed to shape and distribute the product evenly while respecting natural male facial contours.
- Advise the patient to avoid alcohol, intense physical exercise, saunas, and excessive sun or heat exposure for a short period after treatment, and to avoid manipulating the treated areas.
- Schedule follow-up visits to assess results and determine if touch-up or additional volume is needed.
- Record product batch number, injection sites, technique and injected volume for traceability.
- Single use only; do not resterilise or reuse. Dispose of all sharps and used materials as clinical waste according to local regulations.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxyapatite, PEG, glycine, L-proline or any component of the formulation.
- Presence of active skin infection, inflammation, acne, herpes or other dermatological disease in or near the intended injection sites.
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable products.
- Autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency or uncontrolled systemic disease, unless the potential benefit is carefully assessed by the treating physician.
- Bleeding disorders or concurrent use of significant anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy without appropriate management.
- Tendency to keloid or hypertrophic scarring in the planned treatment area.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (elective aesthetic fillers are generally not recommended).
- Injection into blood vessels, eyelids, mucous membranes or areas with compromised skin integrity is contraindicated.
Adverse Effects
- Common transient reactions at the injection site such as redness, swelling, tenderness, pain, itching, bruising or mild firmness.
- Temporary lumps or nodules, irregularities or asymmetry, usually resolving as the product integrates; persistent nodules may require clinical management.
- Haematoma or ecchymosis, particularly in highly vascular areas or patients on antithrombotic medication.
- Local infection, abscess or biofilm formation if aseptic technique is not followed or if post-procedure care is inadequate.
- Inflammatory or hypersensitivity reactions, including prolonged oedema, erythema or induration; rarely, true allergic reactions may occur.
- Very rare but serious complications such as inadvertent intravascular injection leading to vascular occlusion, ischaemia or tissue necrosis, and, in high-risk facial areas, visual disturbances or blindness; these require immediate emergency management.
- Late-onset inflammatory reactions or granuloma formation, which are uncommon but possible with any biostimulatory filler.
Storage Conditions
- Store in the original packaging at a controlled room temperature as specified in the instructions for use (typically between 2 °C and 25 °C).
- Protect from freezing, excessive heat and direct sunlight.
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
- Do not use if the sterile blister or syringe packaging is damaged, opened or shows signs of compromise.
- Keep out of reach of children and non-authorised personnel.
Duration
Clinical effects generally last around 9\u201312 months or longer, depending on the treatment area, injection technique, patient metabolism, lifestyle and skin condition. Repeat treatments can be performed at intervals determined by the practitioner based on individual response and aesthetic goals.
Onset
Immediate volumising and wrinkle-filling effect is visible directly after injection, with progressive improvement in skin quality, firmness and elasticity developing over subsequent weeks as collagen stimulation occurs.
