Post-peel neutralizer solution

Description

This foaming neutralizer is a sodium-bicarbonate based solution designed to rapidly neutralize the unbuffered acids used in NEOSTRATA ProSystem professional chemical peels. When sprayed or applied to the treated skin area after a peel, it foams to signal that the acid has been neutralized, helping ensure a safer, more predictable skin response and reducing the risk of over-exposure or irritation. The product is intended for professional / clinic-use only as part of a regulated peel procedure.

Bnefits

  • Rapid neutralization of chemical peel acids, preventing over-exposure and reducing risk of skin irritation or chemical burns.
  • Provides clear visual cue (foaming) to help practitioners know when neutralization is complete, enhancing treatment control and safety.
  • Helps restore skin’s pH balance post-peel, preparing skin for subsequent soothing or restorative treatments.
  • Suitable for various peel strengths (used with the ProSystem peel line), enabling consistent outcomes across different skin types and peel depths.
  • Easy to apply — typically sprayed or gently applied over the peel-treated area, suitable for face and neck.

Indications

  • Neutralization step after application of NEOSTRATA ProSystem professional chemical peels (AHA, mandelic/citric acid, retinol peels, etc.).
  • Use in post-peel protocol in medical/dermal cosmetic clinics to ensure safe acid inactivation and minimize skin injury risk.
