Polynucleotide scalp mesotherapy / bio-restructuring gel

Description

Nucleofill Hair Polynucleotide (Medium Plus) is an injectable polynucleotide gel specifically designed for scalp and hair revitalisation. Developed by Promoitalia Medical Aesthetics, it uses highly purified polymerised polynucleotides to nourish and biostructure the hair follicle environment, improve scalp microcirculation, and support hair regrowth. The treatment targets hair weakening and early hair loss, including androgenetic alopecia and postpartum thinning, and can also be used on the eyebrows and beard. Supplied as a sterile 2 ml pre-filled syringe, it is administered by intradermal/mesotherapy techniques in a series of sessions to reduce shedding, increase density and thickness, and improve overall scalp health.

Bnefits

  • Reduces hair loss and thinning by improving hair follicle trophism
  • Stimulates hair growth and increases hair density and thickness
  • Improves scalp microcirculation, oxygenation, and nutrient supply
  • Provides deep, long-lasting biostructuring of the scalp tissue
  • Enhances hair quality, strength, and overall vitality
  • Supports pre- and post-hair transplant protocols
  • Can be used for scalp, eyebrow, and beard revitalisation
  • Offers antioxidant protection via polymerised polynucleotides
  • Provides long-lasting results, typically maintained for around 6–12 months

  • Inject using micro-deposit / mesotherapy technique: small boluses (commonly around 0.05 ml per point) placed superficially in the scalp.
  • Standard protocol widely used: 4 treatment sessions – 2 sessions spaced 7 days apart, followed by 2 sessions spaced 14 days apart.
  • Alternative protocols may involve 3–4 sessions every 2–4 weeks, depending on clinical judgement and severity of hair loss.
  • Maintenance sessions are commonly recommended every 2–3 months or approximately every 6–12 months, according to patient response.
