Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Filler

Description

OneFill Classic (1 x 1ml) is a Korean monophasic hyaluronic acid dermal filler with lidocaine, developed for the treatment of fine to moderate wrinkles and delicate skin depressions in the upper and mid-face. Formulated using HCCL (High Cross-linking Concentration Level) technology, it offers a smooth, uniform gel with balanced cohesivity, elasticity and plasticity, minimising residual BDDE and supporting a high safety profile. With a HA concentration of 24 mg/ml and 0.3% lidocaine, OneFill Classic is indicated for glabellar lines, shallow forehead lines, tear troughs, under-eye hollows and superficial marionette lines, providing natural-looking correction and improved skin hydration for approximately 3–6 months when injected by trained healthcare professionals.

Bnefits

  • Specifically formulated to address fine to moderate lines and superficial wrinkles in delicate areas of the face.
  • Monophasic HA gel with a smooth, consistent structure for controlled injection and subtle, natural-looking results.
  • Utilises HCCL (High Cross-linking Concentration Level) technology to minimise residual BDDE, supporting a high safety profile.
  • Balanced cohesivity, elasticity and plasticity to allow good tissue integration and maintain shape while moving naturally with facial expression.
  • High hyaluronic acid concentration (24 mg/ml) for effective volumisation and sustained hydration in the treated area.
  • Contains 0.3% lidocaine to improve patient comfort during injection.
  • Designed for sensitive regions such as tear troughs and under-eye area where soft, low-density fillers with good flow are required.
  • Typically provides 3–6 months of correction of superficial wrinkles and skin depressions, depending on individual factors and technique.
  • CE-marked product supplied in a sterile, ready-to-use pre-filled syringe with two needles for clinical convenience.

Indications

  • Correction of fine to moderate facial lines and superficial wrinkles.
  • Glabella lines (frown lines between the eyebrows).
  • Shallow forehead lines.
  • Tear troughs (under-eye hollows).
  • Under-eye area requiring gentle volumisation and smoothing.
  • Superficial marionette lines (lines from the corners of the mouth down towards the chin).
  • Other delicate superficial facial skin depressions, when assessed as suitable by a trained aesthetic practitioner.

Composition

  • Cross-linked hyaluronic acid (non-animal origin) 24 mg/ml.
  • Lidocaine hydrochloride 0.3% (3 mg/ml) as a local anaesthetic.
  • Physiological buffer/excipient solution adjusted for isotonicity and pH (full excipient list provided in official IFU/packaging).

Formulation

  • Monophasic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler gel containing lidocaine, manufactured with HCCL technology to achieve high crosslinking efficiency, low residual BDDE and optimised viscoelastic properties for superficial wrinkle correction and delicate volumisation.

Packaging

  • 1 x 1ml sterile pre-filled glass syringe of cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel with lidocaine.
  • 1 x 27G needle (sterile, single-use).
  • 1 x 30G needle (sterile, single-use).
  • Sterile blister and outer carton containing product information and instructions for use.

Usage

  • For use only by trained and appropriately qualified healthcare professionals experienced in dermal filler injections.
  • Before treatment, obtain a full medical history including allergies (especially to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine, local anaesthetics of the amide type) and assess indication, injection depth and technique for each area.
  • Disinfect the treatment area according to clinic protocol and maintain strict aseptic technique throughout the procedure.
  • Attach the supplied 27G or 30G needle securely to the pre-filled syringe, ensuring a tight connection and expelling air before injection.
  • Inject slowly using an appropriate technique (e.g. linear threading, serial puncture, small boluses or fanning) at the recommended dermal plane for the specific indication (typically superficial to mid-dermis for fine lines and delicate depressions), taking care to avoid intravascular injection.
  • Apply minimal pressure and continuously monitor tissue response and patient comfort; gently massage the area if needed to ensure even distribution, avoiding overcorrection.
  • After injection, provide post-treatment advice such as avoiding makeup application, intense heat/cold exposure, strenuous exercise and alcohol for a short period as per clinic protocol.
  • Schedule follow-up as required to assess treatment results and determine if touch-up procedures are appropriate, respecting recommended retreatment intervals.
  • Refer to the official instructions for use (IFU) for detailed information on indications, injection depth, contraindications, warnings and precautions.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity or known allergy to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine, other local anaesthetics of the amide type, or any component of the product.
  • History of severe anaphylactic reactions or multiple severe allergies, unless carefully evaluated and managed by a specialist.
  • Injection into areas with active skin disease, inflammation or infection (e.g. acne, herpes, dermatitis) at or near the intended treatment site.
  • Simultaneous use with certain laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion or other aggressive skin treatments in the same area without appropriate time interval.
  • Presence of permanent or semi-permanent fillers in the intended treatment area, unless assessed and approved by an experienced practitioner.
  • Autoimmune diseases or immune-compromised states where dermal filler use is contraindicated according to professional judgment.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding, as safety has not been established in these populations.
  • Patients with bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy may be at higher risk of bruising or bleeding and require individual risk assessment.

Adverse Effects

  • Common and usually transient injection-site reactions such as redness, swelling, tenderness, pain, itching, bruising or slight discolouration.
  • Local oedema or small palpable lumps or nodules which often resolve spontaneously or with gentle massage; persistent irregularities may require clinical management.
  • Temporary altered sensation in the treated area due to the presence of lidocaine or local swelling.
  • Less common but more serious events such as infection, abscess formation, granuloma, prolonged inflammation, hypersensitivity reactions or delayed inflammatory nodules.
  • Rare but severe complications including intravascular injection leading to vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis, visual disturbance or blindness; practitioners should be trained in early recognition and management of vascular compromise and have hyaluronidase and emergency protocols available.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in the original packaging at a controlled room temperature as specified in the IFU (commonly between 2 °C and 25 °C); do not freeze.
  • Protect from direct sunlight, heat sources and excessive humidity.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
  • Do not use if the blister or syringe is damaged, opened or shows signs of compromised sterility.
  • Keep out of the reach of children and unauthorised persons.
  • Single-use only: do not resterilise or reuse any part of the product or its needles.

Duration

Clinical effect typically lasts around 3\u20136 months depending on injection site, technique, volume injected, patient metabolism and lifestyle factors; repeat treatments may be performed as needed within professional guidelines.

Onset

Immediate volumising and smoothing effect visible after injection, with final aesthetic outcome stabilising over the following days as any local swelling or redness subsides.
