Polynucleotide mesotherapy skin booster
Description
Plinest Fast 1 x 2 ml is an intradermal polynucleotide (PN-HPT®) mesotherapy skin booster from Mastelli designed for fast, intensive biorevitalisation. Supplied as a 2 ml pre-filled syringe, it contains highly purified polynucleotides in gel form to stimulate cell regeneration, boost collagen and elastin production and enhance skin hydration. It is indicated for fine lines, acne scars, dark circles under the eyes, sagging skin and poor tone and texture on the face, neck and décolletage, providing rapid improvement in skin quality and signs of ageing when injected by a certified professional.
Bnefits
- Biorevitalising injectable based on highly purified polynucleotides (PN-HPT®) in gel form.
- Stimulates cell regeneration and tissue repair for rapid improvement in skin quality.
- Boosts collagen and elastin production, improving firmness, turgidity and skin tension.
- Provides deep hydration to combat dehydration and dull skin tone.
- Reduces fine lines, wrinkles and superficial acne scars.
- Improves dark circles and early signs of sagging, especially in delicate areas.
- Non-volumising skin booster focused on texture, tone and elasticity rather than bulk filling.
- Versatile indications across face, neck, décolletage and other areas with poor tone and texture.
Indications
- Fine lines and superficial wrinkles.
- Acne scars and other superficial atrophic scars.
- Dark circles and dull tone, particularly in the periocular area.
- Sagging skin and early loss of elasticity.
- Poor skin tone and texture on the face, neck and décolletage.
- General biorevitalisation and anti-ageing prevention in photoaged or stressed skin.
Composition
- Polynucleotides (PN-HPT®) 15 mg per 2 ml syringe (7.5 mg/ml).
- Sterile, apyrogenic gel vehicle suitable for intradermal infiltration (exact excipients not fully specified in public data).
- Natural-origin, highly purified DNA fragments derived from fish intended for human consumption, with proteins and potential immunogenic components removed.
Formulation
- Sterile, non-pyrogenic, viscoelastic gel containing highly purified polynucleotides (PN-HPT®).
- Concentration: 15 mg polynucleotides in 2 ml (7.5 mg/ml).
- Intradermal mesotherapy / biorevitalisation injectable for professional use only.
- Class III polynucleotide gel presented in a 2 ml pre-filled syringe, typically with two 30G needles supplied in the box (according to Mastelli range specifications).
Packaging
- 1 x 2 ml pre-filled syringe of Plinest Fast polynucleotide gel per box.
- Box usually includes 2 x 30G sterile disposable needles for intradermal injection.
- Single-use sterile packaging for one patient treatment course from a single syringe.
Usage
- For intradermal use only by certified and appropriately trained healthcare professionals.
- Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area according to standard aseptic protocols.
- Inject Plinest Fast intradermally in small boluses or micro-papules using mesotherapy techniques (serial puncture, nappage or linear retrograde threading) over the areas to be treated (face, neck, décolletage, and where indicated, selected scarred or lax areas).
- Distribute the product evenly across the treatment zone, taking care to avoid intravascular injection and respecting anatomical danger zones.
- Typical protocols involve a course of several sessions (often 3–4) spaced about 2–3 weeks apart; the exact regimen, dose per session and treated areas should be tailored to the patient’s skin condition and clinical goals.
- After injection, gentle massage may be performed if appropriate to facilitate even product distribution.
- Provide patients with post-treatment care advice, including avoiding makeup on treated areas for several hours, limiting sun/heat exposure, and following any clinic-specific aftercare guidance.
- Dispose of the used syringe, needles and any remaining product immediately after use in appropriate sharps and clinical waste containers; do not reuse or resterilise.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to fish-derived products, polynucleotides or any component of the formulation.
- Active skin infection, inflammation, dermatitis or other dermatological disease at or near the intended injection site.
- Severe systemic illness, uncontrolled autoimmune disease or coagulation disorders where injectable procedures are contraindicated unless the risk–benefit has been carefully assessed.
- History of severe hypertrophic scarring or keloid formation in or near the treatment area.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding, and patients under 18 years of age, due to lack of sufficient safety data.
- Use by non-medical personnel or self-administration is contraindicated.
Adverse Effects
- Typical injection-related reactions including transient redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising or mild pain at the injection sites.
- Temporary papules or small nodules at injection points, generally resolving spontaneously over several days.
- Occasional itching, warmth or mild discomfort in the treated area.
- As with other intradermal injectables, potential risks include infection, prolonged inflammation or rare granulomatous reactions, which may require medical management.
- Very rare but serious complications such as vascular compromise, tissue ischemia or necrosis may occur if the product is inadvertently injected intravascularly or if poor technique is used.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, within the temperature range specified on the product carton (typically controlled room temperature).
- Do not freeze and protect from excessive heat or sudden temperature changes.
- Keep the syringe in its original packaging until use to maintain sterility and protect from light and contamination.
- Do not use after the expiry date or if the packaging, syringe or sterility seal is damaged.
Duration
Clinical experience and distributor information suggest that benefit develops over a protocol of several sessions and that improvements in hydration, texture and elasticity may last approximately 4\u20139 months, after which maintenance sessions can be scheduled according to individual patient needs and practitioner judgment.
Onset
Patients may notice improved hydration and luminosity within days to a few weeks after treatment initiation, with progressive enhancement of firmness, texture and reduction of fine lines and scars over subsequent weeks as dermal regeneration and collagen induction occur.
