Polynucleotide and hyaluronic acid biorevitaliser
Description
Plinest Newest (1 x 2ml) is an intradermal biorevitalising gel combining PN-HPT® (highly purified polynucleotides), non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and mannitol. Specifically indicated for mature and dehydrated skin, it delivers intensive hydration, lift and radiance while promoting bio-revitalisation to reverse visible signs of ageing. The polynucleotides stimulate fibroblast activity and dermal regeneration, while HA and mannitol provide volume, moisture and antioxidant protection, improving skin elasticity, texture and brightness on the face, neck and décolletage.
Bnefits
- Combines PN-HPT® polynucleotides, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and mannitol in a single biorevitalising gel.
- 10 mg/ml PN-HPT® supports bio-revitalisation, fibroblast stimulation and dermal regeneration.
- 10 mg/ml non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration, subtle lift and improved skin turgor.
- Mannitol offers antioxidant protection, helping to protect injected HA from rapid degradation and prolonging results.
- Enhances hydration under the skin, boosts lift and improves radiance in dry, wrinkled and photoaged skin.
- Indicated for mature and dehydrated skin with fine lines, wrinkles and loss of elasticity.
- Improves skin texture, brightness and smoothness and helps reduce acne scarring and signs of environmental damage.
- Suitable for intradermal treatment of face, neck and décolletage, with results lasting up to around 6 months after a course of treatments.
Indications
- Mature and dehydrated skin of the face, neck and décolletage.
- Fine lines, wrinkles and loss of elasticity associated with photoageing and chronoageing.
- Dull, dry or tired-looking skin lacking radiance and firmness.
- Textural irregularities and mild to moderate acne scarring or superficial scarring.
- Skin with significant damage from environmental factors (e.g. sun exposure) requiring regenerative biostimulation.
Composition
- Polynucleotides HPT (PN-HPT®) 10 mg/ml (20 mg per 2 ml syringe).
- Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid 10 mg/ml (20 mg per 2 ml syringe).
- Mannitol (antioxidant excipient).
- Buffered aqueous, sterile, apyrogenic gel vehicle (exact buffer salts not fully specified in publicly available data).
Formulation
- Sterile, apyrogenic intradermal injectable gel.
- Active components: 10 mg/ml PN-HPT® (highly purified polynucleotides) and 10 mg/ml non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, with mannitol.
- Non-cross-linked HA for hydration and subtle volumetric support without excessive projection.
- Class III CE-marked medical device intended for intradermal infiltrations on face, neck and décolleté.
- Designed for professional use only by suitably trained healthcare practitioners.
Packaging
- 1 x 2 ml pre-filled syringe of Plinest Newest gel per pack.
- 2 x 30G 1/2" (13 mm) sterile disposable needles included.
- Single-use sterile blister with outer carton labelled for professional medical use only.
Usage
- For intradermal use only by appropriately trained and licensed healthcare professionals.
- Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area (face, neck, décolletage) in accordance with aseptic protocols.
- Inject into the dermis using recommended techniques such as linear, point, cross, fan, mixed or microdroplet technique, depending on the treatment area and indication.
- Distribute small aliquots of product evenly across the treatment zone, avoiding intravascular injection and respecting anatomical danger zones.
- After injection, gently massage the treated skin to promote even distribution of the gel if appropriate.
- Typical protocol: 3 sessions every 3 weeks, or for younger patients 3 sessions at 14–21 day intervals; for more advanced skin ageing, 4 sessions at 14–21 day intervals, according to clinical judgement.
- The preparation may also be administered using techniques such as iontophoresis or electroporation where appropriate, as indicated in manufacturer technical documentation.
- Provide post-treatment care advice, including avoiding excessive sun/heat exposure, vigorous exercise and application of makeup to treated areas for a short period, and following clinic-specific aftercare guidelines.
- Dispose of any remaining product, the syringe and needles immediately after treatment in approved sharps and clinical waste containers; do not reuse or resterilise.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to polynucleotides, hyaluronic acid, mannitol or any excipients in the formulation.
- Active skin infections, inflammation or dermatological disease at or near the intended injection site.
- Severe systemic illness, uncontrolled autoimmune disease or coagulation disorders where injectable aesthetic procedures are contraindicated unless the risk–benefit has been carefully assessed.
- History of severe hypertrophic scarring or keloid formation in the planned treatment area.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding, and patients under 18 years of age, due to insufficient safety data.
- Use by non-medical personnel or any form of self-administration.
Adverse Effects
- Common injection-site reactions such as transient redness, swelling, tenderness, itching, bruising or mild pain.
- Temporary papules or small nodules at injection points, usually resolving spontaneously within a few days.
- Occasional local inflammatory reactions or prolonged oedema, which may require medical evaluation.
- As with other intradermal injectables, rare risk of infection, granulomatous reactions or hypersensitivity.
- Very rare but serious complications, including vascular occlusion, tissue ischemia or necrosis, may occur if product is inadvertently injected intravascularly or if incorrect technique is used.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, within the temperature range specified on the packaging (typically between 2°C and 25°C).
- Do not freeze.
- Keep the syringe in its original carton until use to maintain sterility and protect from light and contamination.
- Do not use after the expiry date or if the packaging, syringe or sterility seal is damaged.
Duration
Results typically last up to approximately 6 months, depending on factors such as age, skin quality, genetic background, lifestyle and sun exposure. Optimal outcomes are generally achieved after a series of 3\u20134 procedures spaced about 3 weeks or 14\u201321 days apart, with maintenance sessions scheduled according to individual patient response.
Onset
Initial improvements in hydration and skin luminosity are often visible after the first procedure, with progressive enhancement in elasticity, firmness and wrinkle reduction over subsequent weeks and sessions as fibroblast activity, collagen and elastin production and dermal regeneration increase.
