Hyaluronic acid and polynucleotide (PN) skin rejuvenation booster

Description

Puri Hilo PN – Skinbooster is a next-generation injectable skin booster that combines stabilised hybrid high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid with medical-grade polynucleotides (PN) in a 2.5 ml pre-filled syringe. The dual-action formula delivers deep dermal hydration while stimulating cellular regeneration, collagen synthesis and elastin production, leading to visibly smoother, firmer and more radiant skin. Designed for use on the face, neck, décolleté and hands, it targets fine lines, uneven texture, dullness and early signs of ageing. Puri Hilo PN is CE-marked where required and intended for professional use by trained medical and aesthetic practitioners.

Bnefits

• Deeply hydrates the skin through stabilised hybrid high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
• Polynucleotides stimulate cell renewal, promoting collagen and elastin production and improving skin elasticity and firmness.
• Improves overall skin tone, texture and radiance, helping to restore a more youthful, luminous complexion.
• Supports dermal regeneration and repair, aiding recovery of environmentally damaged or photoaged skin.
• Provides lasting rejuvenation benefits beyond initial hydration due to ongoing bio-stimulation from PN.
• Targets multiple concerns simultaneously, including dryness, dullness, fine lines, enlarged pores and uneven texture.
• Suitable for key aesthetic areas such as face, neck, décolleté and hands.
• CE-marked where required and produced under medical device quality standards for professional use.

Indications

• Skin rejuvenation of the face, neck, décolleté and hands.
• Fine lines and superficial wrinkles associated with dehydration and early photoageing.
• Dull, tired or uneven-looking skin lacking radiance and elasticity.
• Loss of dermal density and firmness in the lower face, neck and hand dorsum.
• Texture irregularities and enlarged pores requiring improvement in dermal quality.
• Adjunctive treatment to support recovery after non-ablative procedures such as microneedling, RF or laser (within professional protocols).

Composition

• High-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (H-HA) – 40 mg per 2.5 ml syringe, for structural hydration and viscoelastic support.
• Low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (L-HA) – 40 mg per 2.5 ml syringe, for deeper, longer-lasting hydration and dermal penetration.
• Polynucleotides (PN) – 25 mg per 2.5 ml syringe, DNA polymer-based biostimulator supporting cell renewal, collagen and elastin synthesis.
• Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) q.s. to 2.5 ml – isotonic buffer system providing physiological pH.
• Other formulation excipients and stabilisers suitable for injectable HA/PN products (proprietary, not fully disclosed).

Formulation

• Sterile injectable gel/solution containing a stabilised hybrid complex of high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid with polynucleotide DNA polymer.
• Monophasic, homogenous preparation designed for intradermal or superficial subdermal injection.
• Medical-grade polynucleotides (PN) formulated to promote cellular regeneration and dermal repair.
• Isotonic, pH-balanced formulation (approximately pH 6.8–7.2) optimised for skin compatibility.
• Supplied as a ready-to-use, pre-filled 2.5 ml syringe for single-patient professional use.

Packaging

• 1 x 2.5 ml sterile pre-filled syringe of Puri Hilo PN skin booster per box.
• Syringe packaged in a sterile blister or tray within an outer carton.
• Carton labelled with product name, batch number, expiry date and regulatory markings (including CE where required).
• Intended for single use; needles or cannulas are supplied separately according to practitioner preference.

Usage

• For professional use only by trained medical or aesthetic practitioners experienced in injectable skin boosters.
• Perform a full medical history and skin assessment; review indications, contraindications and obtain informed consent.
• Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area (face, neck, décolleté, hands) using appropriate antiseptic protocol.
• Recommended injection depth: intradermal or very superficial subdermal, depending on the treatment area and technique.
• Typical techniques include microbolus (micro-depot), nappage/mesotherapy, linear threading or fanning patterns with a fine needle (e.g. 30G × 4 mm) or suitable microcannula, following manufacturer and clinic protocol.
• Suggested treatment course: 3–4 sessions spaced approximately 2–3 weeks apart, using up to 2.5 ml per session depending on treatment area and patient needs.
• Distribute small aliquots evenly across the treatment area to ensure homogeneous improvement in hydration and dermal quality.
• After injection, gentle moulding or smoothing may be performed if required; avoid aggressive massage.
• Post-treatment advice: avoid makeup on treated areas for several hours, avoid extreme temperatures (sauna, steam room, intense sun exposure) and strenuous exercise for 24 hours; follow clinic-specific aftercare recommendations.
• Schedule maintenance treatments according to individual response and ageing profile, commonly every 6–12 months.
• Dispose of used syringes, needles and any remaining product immediately in approved sharps and clinical waste containers; do not reuse.

Contraindications

• Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides or any component of the formulation.
• Active skin infection, inflammation or disease at or near the injection site (e.g. herpes simplex, bacterial infection, dermatitis).
• Systemic infection, fever or acute illness at the time of planned treatment.
• History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable aesthetic products.
• Autoimmune diseases, immunosuppression or coagulation disorders where injectable procedures are contraindicated, unless under specialist supervision.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (commonly regarded as a precautionary contraindication in aesthetic practice).
• Known tendency to form hypertrophic or keloid scars in the intended treatment area.
• Use in individuals below the minimum legal age for cosmetic procedures in the relevant jurisdiction.

Adverse Effects

• Common, usually transient injection-site reactions: erythema (redness), swelling, tenderness, warmth, itching, minor pain or bruising.
• Temporary papules or small nodules at injection points, typically resolving within hours to a few days.
• Less common: prolonged oedema or bruising, local inflammation, asymmetry or surface irregularities if product placement is uneven.
• Rare but serious: infection, abscess formation, vascular compromise or embolic events if inadvertently injected into a blood vessel, or severe hypersensitivity reactions.
• As with all injectable procedures, improper technique or inadequate aseptic measures may increase the risk of complications; appropriate emergency protocols should be in place.

Storage Conditions

• Store in a cool place, typically between 2–25 °C according to distributor guidance; avoid extremes of temperature.
• Protect from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
• Do not freeze; freezing can damage the hyaluronic acid and PN structure and compromise product integrity.
• Keep in original packaging until immediately before use to maintain sterility and protect from physical damage.
• Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging or if the product appears discoloured, cloudy or contains visible particles.
• Single-use only; any unused product remaining after treatment must be discarded.

Duration

A typical initial treatment protocol consists of 3–4 sessions, each spaced about 2–3 weeks apart. Visible improvements generally persist for several months, with many clinics recommending maintenance courses approximately every 6–12 months depending on patient age, skin condition and lifestyle.

Onset

Initial improvements in hydration and radiance are often seen within days of the first session, with progressive enhancement in skin texture, firmness and elasticity developing over several weeks and becoming more evident after completion of the full treatment course.
