Hyaluronic acid based mesotherapy / dermal booster

Description

Regenovue Aqua Shine Plus is a hyaluronic acid–based biorevitalization injectable designed for facial and neck skin rejuvenation. The product uses minimally cross-linked HA (≈ 15 mg/ml) in a sterile phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.0), supplied in 3 ml syringes (typically 3 syringes per pack). When injected into the superficial to mid-dermis, it delivers deep hydration, improves skin elasticity, smooths fine lines and wrinkles, tightens pores, and revitalizes skin tone and texture. A single session procedure of 10–20 minutes can yield visible improvements within 1–2 weeks, with effects lasting up to 6–8 months depending on patient factors.

Bnefits

• Deep hydration for dry, dull or dehydrated skin through HA-based mesotherapy.
• Improvement of skin elasticity and firmness by stimulating endogenous collagen and elastin production.
• Reduction of fine lines, wrinkles and improvement of skin texture / smoothness.
• Brightening and evening of skin tone, reduction of pigmentation, spots and skin dullness.
• Pore tightening and improved skin clarity.
• Non-volumizing rejuvenation (skin booster rather than filler), leading to natural-looking results.
• Relatively quick procedure (10–20 min per session) with minimal downtime.
• Effects potentially lasting up to 6–8 months with proper maintenance.

Indications

• Skin dehydration and dryness, needing deep dermal hydration.
• Loss of skin elasticity, early signs of aging, fine lines and wrinkles on face, neck, decolletage.
• Dull, uneven skin tone, pigmentation, dark spots, and loss of radiance.
• Large pores and rough skin texture requiring smoothing.
• Need for non-volumizing skin boosting (e.g. patients who want hydration and glow without significant volume augmentation).

Composition

• Minimally cross-linked hyaluronic acid (≈ 15 mg/ml) in buffered phosphate-saline (pH 7.0) solution.
• Sterile saline-based gel; no bovine or animal-derived components.
• Preservatives/backing buffer (as per manufacturer’s sterile injectable formulation) for stability and sterilization compatibility.

Formulation

• Injectable mesotherapy/skin-booster gel intended for intradermal or superficial dermal injection.
• Delivered in pre-filled sterile 3 ml syringes (often in a set of 3 syringes per pack).
• Designed for professional use by trained aesthetic practitioners under sterile conditions.

Packaging

• Pack containing 3 syringes × 3 ml each (total 9 ml), according to many distributors.
• Sterile, individually capped syringes with sealed protective packaging to maintain sterility until use.
• Labelled with product name, batch number, volume, storage instructions and manufacturer/importer information as required for injectable devices.

Usage

• Intended for intradermal or superficial–mid dermal injection by a certified medical/aesthetic professional.
• Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area prior to injection; local anesthetic may be applied per clinic protocol if needed.
• Use fine gauge needles (e.g. 30–31G) or mesotherapy pens/micro-needling devices as appropriate; injection depth typically 0.8–1.5 mm (or per practitioner’s discretion).
• Evenly distribute small aliquots across treatment area (face, neck, décolletage) to cover entire region.
• Post-treatment: advise hydration, avoid makeup and avoid UV exposure for at least 24 hours; use sunscreen subsequently.
• Recommend repeating treatment every 6–8 months (or as per practitioner’s protocol) to maintain results, or initial 2–3 sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart for optimal effect.

Contraindications

• Allergy or hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, buffer components or any excipient in the formulation.
• Active skin infection, inflammation, ulceration or open wounds at the intended injection site.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (many sources recommend avoiding elective aesthetic injectables during these periods).
• Autoimmune or connective tissue disorders, or previous adverse reaction to dermal fillers/skin boosters — use only under specialist evaluation.
• Use in unlicensed/untrained hands or without aseptic technique is contraindicated.

Adverse Effects

• Temporary redness, swelling, bruising, or mild discomfort at injection sites.
• Possible risk of allergic reaction, hypersensitivity or local inflammation, although the product is synthetic and biocompatible.
• Transient uneven skin texture or lumps if injection is not evenly distributed or massage/integration is inadequate.
• Risk of infection if aseptic technique is not strictly followed during injection or aftercare.

Storage Conditions

• Store sealed syringes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat (e.g. recommended 2–25 °C).
• Keep in original packaging until use to maintain sterility and stability.
• Protect from freezing or high temperatures; do not expose to excessive heat.

Duration

Effects often persist for approximately 6–8 months after a session, depending on individual skin factors and maintenance.

Onset

Initial hydration, smoothness and glow often visible within 1–2 weeks after injection; improvements in skin texture, elasticity and fine lines typically emerge gradually over 2–4 weeks.
