Biorevitalising Mesotherapy / Skinbooster

Description

RRS Hyalift 75 PROactive is an injectable dermal implant and mesotherapy skinbooster based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid combined with a powerful biorevitalising cocktail of amino acids, polyphenols and antioxidants. Developed by Skin Tech Pharma Group for face and body, it is a CE Class III medical device designed to treat skin photoageing and dermal atrophy. The formulation delivers 75 mg/5 ml of uncrosslinked hyaluronic acid (15 mg/ml) dissolved in a protective amino acid buffer that stabilises the HA, enhances hydration and supports dermal matrix regeneration. By deeply hydrating, redensifying and revitalising the skin, RRS Hyalift 75 PROactive smooths fine wrinkles, improves elasticity and firmness, and restores a plump, healthy, youthful appearance in areas such as face, neck, décolleté, hands and other photo-damaged zones.

Bnefits

  • Provides intensive and long-lasting skin hydration through high-concentration non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid.
  • Improves skin firmness, elasticity and turgor, giving a soft lifting effect without excessive volume.
  • Effectively smooths fine lines and superficial wrinkles on face, neck, décolleté, hands and body.
  • Helps treat consequences of photoageing and dermal atrophy by redensifying dermal tissue.
  • Supports regeneration of collagen and elastin fibres, improving overall skin structure and resilience.
  • Biorevitalising cocktail with 16 amino acids, 5 polyphenols and 6 antioxidants promotes precise rebuilding of skin tissue.
  • Multiple molecular weights of hyaluronic acid allow targeted distribution within the dermis for optimal effect.
  • Water-binding properties ensure rapid revitalisation and moisture from within, enhancing skin glow and radiance.
  • Suitable for treating sagging, devitalised and mature skin, especially in patients over 45 years.
  • CE Class III medical device manufactured to high European safety and quality standards.

Usage

  • For professional use only: RRS Hyalift 75 PROactive must be injected exclusively by a legally qualified physician or suitably trained medical professional in an authorised clinic.
  • Before treatment, assess patient history, indications, contraindications and expectations; obtain informed consent.
  • Inspect the packaging and vials to ensure integrity and confirm that the product is within its expiry date; do not use if damaged or expired.
  • Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly according to aseptic clinical protocols.
  • Injection depth: superficial to mid-dermis using micro-deposit or microdermal technique.
  • Recommended needle size: 30G or 32G (short mesotherapy needle) or use with an appropriate mesotherapy device following manufacturer guidance.
  • Typical protocol (face/body): 6 initial treatment sessions, performed once per week.
  • For maintenance, booster courses are generally recommended every 4 months; overall frequency (1–3 protocols per year) may vary based on skin maturity and clinical assessment.
  • Injection techniques can include nappage, micro-papular or multiple retrograde linear injections, distributing the product evenly over the targeted area.
  • Typical treatment areas: face, neck, décolleté, back of hands, inner arms, inner thighs, peri-umbilical area and abdomen (including stretch marks), as clinically appropriate.
  • After injection, gently massage the treated area to ensure even distribution and reduce palpability of injection points, avoiding excessive pressure.
  • Advise patients to avoid makeup, intense heat (sauna, steam bath), vigorous exercise and alcohol for at least 24 hours post-treatment, and to use high SPF sun protection on exposed areas.
  • Dispose of all used vials, needles and syringes in approved sharps containers according to local regulations.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, any of the amino acids, polyphenols, antioxidants or any other component of the formulation.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding (elective aesthetic mesotherapy is generally contraindicated).
  • Active skin infections or inflammatory conditions at or near the intended injection site (e.g. acne, herpes, dermatitis).
  • Autoimmune diseases or patients under immunosuppressive therapy, unless risk–benefit has been carefully evaluated by the treating physician.
  • Uncontrolled diabetes or significant systemic disease that may impair healing.
  • Bleeding disorders or current use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications (e.g. warfarin, high-dose aspirin, clopidogrel) unless managed appropriately and cleared by the prescribing physician.
  • History of hypertrophic scarring or keloid formation in the intended treatment region.
  • Known hypersensitivity to multiple injectable products or a history of severe allergic/anaphylactic reactions.
  • Injection into blood vessels, mucosa, inflamed or infected skin, or areas previously treated with permanent fillers should be strictly avoided.

Adverse Effects

  • Common, usually transient injection-site reactions: redness (erythema), swelling, tenderness, pain, itching, bruising or small papules at injection points.
  • Mild induration or nodules at injection sites, generally resolving spontaneously or with gentle massage.
  • Temporary dyschromia or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, particularly in darker skin types or if aftercare instructions are not followed.
  • Rare events: infection, abscess, persistent nodules or granulomatous reactions requiring medical management.
  • Very rare but serious complications if inadvertently injected intravascularly, including vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis or visual disturbances; these constitute medical emergencies and require immediate intervention.
  • Hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to one or more components, which can present as prolonged swelling, erythema, induration or pruritus.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at a controlled temperature between 2°C and 30°C, as indicated on the packaging.
  • Protect from direct sunlight and frost; do not freeze.
  • Keep vials in their original blister and carton until use to maintain sterility and protect from light.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the vial and outer packaging.

Onset

Initial improvements in hydration and radiance are typically noticeable shortly after treatment due to the water-binding properties of hyaluronic acid, with more pronounced smoothing of fine lines, improved firmness and overall rejuvenation generally evident within 1\u20132 weeks and progressively enhanced over the full course of 4\u20136 sessions.
