  • Do not use with highly viscous products or products containing abrasive particles (grit); the dispenser is specified for liquid soaps and hand disinfectants without grit.
  • Not intended for flammable, solvent-based or pressurised products outside the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Do not use if the dispenser housing, pump, bottle or wall mounting is visibly damaged or unstable.
  • Do not exceed the recommended autoclave conditions (121 °C, 2 bar) or dishwasher temperatures, as this may damage components.

Adverse Effects

  • Improper installation or loose wall mounting can result in dispenser detachment and potential minor injury.
  • Inadequate cleaning or maintenance may lead to contamination of the dispenser surfaces and reduced hand-hygiene efficacy.
  • Use with incompatible or abrasive products may lead to premature wear, leakage or malfunction of the pump.
  • Incorrect dosage settings may result in under- or over-dispensing of hand hygiene product, impacting effectiveness or creating excess spillage.

Storage Conditions

  • When not installed, store the dispenser and accessories in a clean, dry indoor environment at room temperature.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure of components to corrosive chemicals, solvents or outdoor weathering.
  • For reprocessing cycles, follow manufacturer guidance: dishwasher-safe up to 60 °C and autoclavable up to 121 °C at 2 bar; allow components to cool and dry fully before reuse.
  • Protect from mechanical impacts or deformation during transport and storage to preserve pump function and lever alignment.
