Wall-mounted foam pouch dispenser / pouch soap dispenser

Description

A wall-mountable, lockable foam pouch dispenser designed to accept sealed foam soap / hand sanitiser / moisturiser pouch refills (commonly 700–900 ml). The lever or push arm delivers a measured foam dose per actuation and the unit is intended for hygiene-critical environments (healthcare, catering, education, public washrooms). Pouch systems reduce refill time and contamination risk compared with bulk refill bottles.

Bnefits

  • Lockable design to prevent tampering and reduce pilferage
  • Measured-dose lever/arm gives consistent portion control (example: 0.6 ml per push in some models)
  • Accepts hermetically sealed foam pouches (reduced contamination risk)
  • High-capacity pouch (typically ~800–900 ml) reduces refill frequency
  • Simple wall-mount installation and visible sight window on many models to check pouch level
  • Cost-effective and compatible with many branded foam formulations (check supplier compatibility)

Indications

  • Hand washing and hand hygiene in clinical, catering, education, industrial and public washroom settings
  • Use with compatible foam soap, antimicrobial foam cleanser, or foam moisturiser pouch refills

Composition

  • Dispenser body: durable ABS or similar injection-moulded plastic (model dependent)
  • Lever/pump mechanism: plastic components engineered to dose foam from sealed pouch
  • Lock: keyed lock or snap-lock mechanism depending on model
  • Refill: sealed foil/film pouch containing foam product (pouch materials vary by manufacturer)

Formulation

  • Mechanical dispenser unit (plastic housing + dosing mechanism) designed to accept sealed foam pouch refills (single-use pouches). No electronic components in manual lever models; touch-free variants available from other product families (e.g., PURELL LTX).

Packaging

  • Sold as single dispenser units (often boxed with fittings and keys) or multipacks depending on supplier; pouches sold separately in cases (common pouch sizes 700 ml, 800 ml, 900 ml).

Usage

  • Mount dispenser securely to wall using supplied screws or bracket per supplier instructions.
  • Open lock/cover, insert compatible sealed foam pouch and attach the pouch outlet/nozzle to the internal pump connection.
  • Close cover and lock. Prime pump if required according to the supplier's instructions.
  • For manual lever models: press lever once for one measured dose (some models deliver ~0.6 ml per press — verify with supplier).
  • Replace pouch and clean unit as per local infection control policy; dispose of empty pouches per waste procedures.

Contraindications

  • Not suitable for use with non-foam (gel) refills unless the dispenser is explicitly compatible
  • Do not use if dispenser or pouch packaging is damaged (may compromise hygiene/operation)

Adverse Effects

  • Incorrectly matched pouch/refill or improper installation may lead to leakage, poor dosing or device malfunction
  • Allergic reactions are possible from the foam product itself (check product SDS for allergens and contraindications)

Storage Conditions

  • Store dispenser units in original packaging in a cool, dry place prior to installation
  • Store sealed foam pouches as instructed by the pouch manufacturer (typically cool, dry, out of direct sunlight)

Duration

Not applicable (non-therapeutic hygiene dispensing device)

Onset

Immediate \u2014 dispenses foam on first actuation after installation/priming
