Mesotherapy multi-injector plate (needle-free, circular 5-port)
Description
The Injector Plate, 5-needle connections, Circular, 50pcs. is a MESORAM plate® needle-free multi-injector head designed for use in mesotherapy and similar injection procedures. It features a circular configuration with five needle connections (nozzles) that accept separately supplied single mesotherapy needles. The plate connects to any standard Luer-lock syringe via a female Luer connector, allowing simultaneous injections through five needles arranged in a circular pattern. Each plate is supplied sterile, single-packed, disposable and EtO-sterilised, and is CE-marked for medical use. This configuration enables faster, more uniform and controlled delivery of injectable solutions across a defined treatment area while minimising patient discomfort when used by trained professionals.
Bnefits
- Circular 5-port injector plate allows simultaneous multi-point injection for efficient mesotherapy treatments.
- Needle-free plate design accepts separately supplied single needles, giving flexibility to choose gauge and length according to indication.
- Female Luer connector enables easy and secure attachment to standard Luer-lock syringes.
- Single-packed, disposable and EtO-sterilised, reducing risk of cross-contamination and ensuring sterility at point of use.
- CE-marked device manufactured by RI.MOS. in Italy, with established quality standards for mesotherapy products.
- Circular configuration supports even distribution of injectate over a targeted skin area, improving treatment homogeneity.
- Reduces preparation time versus assembling multiple individual needles, helping streamline clinical workflow.
- Compatible with a wide range of mesotherapy and aesthetic protocols in both medical and cosmetic practice settings.
Indications
- Use as a multi-injector plate for mesotherapy procedures where simultaneous multi-point injection is desired.
- Delivery of aesthetic and dermatologic injectables (e.g. mesotherapy cocktails, vitamins, biorevitalisation solutions) over localised facial or body areas when combined with appropriate needles and protocols.
- Veterinary mesotherapy and micro-injection procedures (as specified on MESORAM veterinary shop), where circular 5-needle distribution is required.
- General applications requiring circular, evenly spaced needle positioning for micro-injections, when used by qualified professionals.
Composition
- Injector plate body with 5 needle connection nozzles (medical-grade polymer/plastic, non-latex).
- Female Luer connector hub compatible with standard Luer-lock syringes.
- Supplied without needles; single mesotherapy needles (e.g. 27G or 30G, 4–6 mm) are ordered separately and manually fitted before treatment.
- Sterile, EtO-sterilised, single-use construction.
Formulation
- Needle-free multi-injector plate (MESORAM plate®) in circular configuration with 5 nozzles.
- Mechanical device only; no pharmaceutical or chemical formulation is included.
- Single-use, disposable, EtO-sterilised and CE-marked medical device.
Packaging
- Box of 50 circular injector plates with 5 needle connections (Pcs/Box: 50).
- Each injector plate supplied individually packed in sterile packaging.
- Outer carton labelled with RI.MOS./MESORAM product code 710103 (CIRCULAR > 5), batch number and expiry date.
- Single-use device; not intended for resterilisation or reuse.
Usage
- Use only by trained healthcare professionals experienced in mesotherapy or equivalent multi-point injection techniques.
- Before opening, verify integrity of the sterile pouch and check product code (710103), description (circular 5-needle connections) and expiry date.
- Open the individual sterile pack using aseptic technique and remove the injector plate.
- Select appropriate single mesotherapy needles (e.g. 27G or 30G in the required length) supplied separately by the manufacturer or compatible sources.
- Manually fit one sterile needle into each of the five connection nozzles on the plate, ensuring secure and straight seating according to manufacturer instructions.
- Attach the female Luer connector of the injector plate securely to a Luer-lock syringe prefilled with the intended injectable solution.
- Prime the system by gently expelling a small amount of solution until it appears at all needle tips, ensuring no air is present in the needles.
- Position the circular injector over the treatment area and perform injections according to the relevant mesotherapy protocol (e.g. depth, angle, injection volume per point and spacing), ensuring that all safety and anatomical guidelines are followed.
- Avoid bending or excessive force on the needles during treatment; reposition the plate as needed for uniform coverage of the target area.
- After completing the procedure, safely remove the injector plate from the syringe and dispose of the entire assembly (plate plus fitted needles) in an approved sharps container; do not attempt to remove or reuse needles.
- Do not resterilise or reuse the injector plate; it is strictly single-use and must be discarded after each patient.
Contraindications
- Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged, opened or compromised prior to use.
- Do not reuse or resterilise; single-use device only. Reuse may increase the risk of infection, loss of sterility and mechanical failure.
- Not to be used without properly fitted sterile needles; the plate alone does not perform injection.
- Use is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any material used in the device if such reactions have been previously documented.
- Do not use in areas of active infection, severe inflammation, or on broken or diseased skin unless specifically justified and under strict medical supervision.
- Not suitable for layperson or home use; for professional clinical/veterinary settings only.
Adverse Effects
- The plate itself has no pharmacologic effect; potential adverse effects are related to the injection procedure and injected substances (e.g. pain, bruising, swelling, infection, allergic reactions).
- Incorrect fitting of needles may lead to leakage of solution, uneven dosing, or needle detachment, potentially causing local trauma or reduced treatment efficacy.
- Improper technique or excessive injection depth may increase the risk of bleeding, haematoma, or injury to underlying structures.
- Failure to maintain sterility during assembly and use can increase the risk of local or systemic infection.
- Use outside recommended protocols or with inappropriate needle length/gauge may result in suboptimal results or increased side effects.
Storage Conditions
- Store in original unopened packaging in a clean, dry environment.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and sources of heat.
- Observe storage temperature limits specified by the manufacturer (typically room temperature; avoid extremes of heat or cold).
- Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the box and individual packs.
- Protect from mechanical damage that could compromise the sterile barrier of individual packs.
- Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised personnel.
Duration
The injector plate is a procedural accessory used during a single treatment session; it is intended for one patient and one procedure only. Actual treatment duration depends on the mesotherapy protocol and area treated, typically ranging from several minutes to around half an hour.
Onset
Not applicable as a device; clinical onset of effect depends on the injected substance and treatment protocol rather than the plate itself. The plate facilitates immediate multi-point delivery of the injectate as soon as injections are performed.
