Description

Mesorelle (Meso-relle) needles are high-quality, single-use hypodermic needles specifically designed for mesotherapy and micro-injection procedures. Manufactured in Italy/Europe under stringent quality standards, they undergo multiple precision sharpening and surface treatments to deliver a strong, smooth and sharp needle that penetrates the skin cleanly, minimising pain, trauma and downtime. Mesorelle needles are available in a range of gauges (27G–34G) and lengths (4–40 mm) and are compatible with standard Luer and Luer-lock syringes used in aesthetic medicine, mesotherapy, sclerotherapy, fillers and related treatments.

Usage

  • Check the outer box and individual blister for integrity and expiry date before use; do not use if the packaging is damaged, opened or beyond the expiry date.
  • Select the appropriate gauge and length based on the planned mesotherapy, filler, sclerotherapy or other procedure, following clinical guidelines and product-specific instructions for the injectable being used.
  • Using aseptic technique, open the blister and attach the needle firmly to a compatible Luer or Luer-lock syringe or mesotherapy device.
  • Prime the needle according to local protocols and perform the injection in line with accepted mesotherapy or injection technique, ensuring correct depth, angle and volume per injection point.
  • Avoid bending the needle; if the needle becomes contaminated or damaged prior to injection, discard safely and use a new sterile needle.
  • After the procedure, do not recap the needle unless local safety protocol specifically permits a one-handed technique; immediately dispose of the used needle and syringe into an approved sharps container.
  • For single use only; never reuse or share needles between patients.

Contraindications

  • Do not use if individual blister or outer packaging is opened, damaged or past the stated expiry date.
  • Do not reuse, re-sterilise or share needles between patients due to risk of infection and cross-contamination.
  • Not suitable for use in patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to stainless steel or any component of the needle without prior risk assessment and specialist advice.
  • Use with caution in patients with very fragile skin or compromised vasculature; needle gauge and length should be chosen appropriately to minimise trauma.
  • Not intended for routes such as intrathecal, intraocular or intra-arterial injection unless specifically authorised and supported by appropriate clinical guidelines.

Adverse Effects

  • Typical injection-site reactions including transient pain, erythema, mild swelling, bruising or small haematoma.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a clean, dry environment at room temperature, away from moisture, direct sunlight and excessive heat.

  • Do not expose the packaging to crushing, bending or other mechanical stress that may damage the needles.
