Mesotherapy Multi-Injector Plate, Linear 5-Needle

Description

Mesoram Multi-Injectors, Linear, 5-needle connections, 30G/0.30x6mm, are sterile, single-use multi-injector plates designed for fast, precise and safe mesotherapy and microinjection treatments. Each box contains 36 individually packed, non-reusable multi-injectors, EtO sterilized and CE marked. The injector plate incorporates five ultra-fine 30G (0.30 mm) needles arranged in a straight line with 6 mm needle length and a standard Luer connector for easy attachment to syringes containing medication, enabling uniform, parallel injections in a single pass.

Bnefits

  • Provides five simultaneous linear injections for faster treatment and improved efficiency compared with single-needle techniques.
  • Ultra-fine 30G needles (0.30 mm) with precise sharpening significantly reduce pain sensations during treatment.
  • Supports highly accurate, uniform depth and spacing of injections for consistent product delivery across the treatment area.
  • Individually packed, non-reusable and EtO sterilized to ensure sterility and reduce risk of cross-contamination.
  • CE-marked medical device manufactured by RI.MOS. and branded as Mesoram, ensuring traceability and quality control.
  • Available as part of a broader Mesoram multi-injector range (linear and circular, with 3, 5 or 7 needles and different needle gauges and lengths) for tailored treatment methods.
  • Standard Luer connector allows quick and secure connection to most Luer-lock syringes commonly used in mesotherapy and aesthetic medicine.
  • Designed to save practitioner time while maintaining precision and patient comfort in multi-point intradermal or subcutaneous injections.

Indications

  • For multiple simultaneous intradermal or superficial subcutaneous injections in aesthetic and mesotherapy treatments.
  • Indicated for procedures requiring evenly spaced linear injections, such as facial and scalp mesotherapy, biorevitalisation and localized skin treatments, where permitted by local regulations.
  • Suitable for administration of mesotherapy cocktails, vitamins, hyaluronic acid-based solutions and other injectable products compatible with multi-injector delivery, under medical direction.
  • Intended for use by trained healthcare professionals in medical aesthetics, dermatology, mesotherapy and related fields.

Composition

  • Five micro-injection needles per plate: stainless steel, 30G (0.30 mm diameter), 6 mm length.
  • Multi-injector plate/body: medical-grade plastic (multi-injector plate/holder), compatible with standard Luer syringe connection.
  • Standard Luer connector integrated into the plate for attachment to Luer-lock or Luer-slip syringes.
  • Sterilised with ethylene oxide (EtO) gas.
  • Latex-free construction (no natural rubber latex in the injector plate).

Formulation

  • Device type: multi-injector plate with five linear needle connections for mesotherapy and microinjection.
  • Configuration: straight/linear array of 5 needles.
  • Needle size: 30G (0.30 mm) diameter, 6 mm length.
  • Connection type: standard Luer connector to fit compatible syringes.
  • Supplied sterile, non-reusable, EtO sterilized and CE marked.
  • Designed for single use only; supplied in ready-to-use sterile packaging.

Packaging

  • Box of 36 multi-injectors, each individually sterile-packed.
  • Each multi-injector is sealed in an individual blister pack or pouch to maintain sterility until use.
  • Outer carton labelled with product name, configuration (linear, 5-needle, 30G/0.30x6mm), quantity (36 pcs), REF/SKU (V710209), manufacturer (RI.MOS.), brand (Mesoram), lot number and expiry date.
  • Packaging identifies device as sterile, single-use, EtO sterilized and CE marked.
  • Intended for professional clinical and aesthetic practice use.

Usage

  • Use only by trained and qualified healthcare professionals experienced in mesotherapy or microinjection techniques.
  • Verify that the sterile packaging is intact and the product is within its expiry date before use; do not use if packaging is damaged or opened.
  • Open the individual pack immediately prior to the procedure, maintaining aseptic technique.
  • Attach the multi-injector’s standard Luer connector firmly to a compatible Luer-lock syringe pre-filled with the prescribed medication or mesotherapy solution, ensuring a secure connection.
  • Prime the needles if required, expelling air until droplets of solution appear at each needle tip, while maintaining sterility and avoiding needle-stick injury.
  • Perform intradermal or superficial subcutaneous injections according to the treatment plan, keeping the injector at the proper angle and depth appropriate for the product and anatomical area.
  • Apply gentle, even pressure on the syringe plunger to deliver consistent volumes through all five needles, moving the injector linearly as needed to cover the treatment area.
  • Avoid excessive bending or lateral forces on the needles to prevent damage or breakage.
  • After completion of the procedure, safely disconnect the multi-injector from the syringe, taking precautions against blood or fluid exposure.
  • Dispose of the used multi-injector immediately in an appropriate sharps container; do not attempt to re-use, re-process or re-sterilise.
  • Follow all local protocols for asepsis, sharps handling, and patient consent when using multi-injectors.

Contraindications

  • Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to stainless steel or any component of the device.
  • Do not use on areas of active infection, inflammation, open wounds, or compromised skin barrier at the intended injection site.
  • Not for use in patients for whom mesotherapy or the planned injectable substances are contraindicated (e.g. certain bleeding disorders, uncontrolled systemic disease), as determined by a physician.
  • Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged, opened or contaminated prior to the procedure.
  • Not intended for intravenous injections or deep intramuscular injections; designed for intradermal or superficial subcutaneous use only.
  • Do not reuse or resterilise; reuse increases risk of infection, needle dulling and device failure.

Adverse Effects

  • Local pain, stinging or discomfort at injection sites, usually reduced compared with single-needle techniques due to fine gauge and precise sharpening.
  • Transient erythema, swelling, bruising or haematoma at or around injection sites.
  • Minor bleeding or pinpoint bleeding from individual needle entry sites.
  • Risk of infection if aseptic technique is not strictly followed.
  • Rare risk of needle breakage or bending if excessive force or improper technique is used.
  • Potential allergic or adverse reactions related to the injected product (e.g. mesotherapy cocktail, hyaluronic acid) rather than the device itself.
  • Risk of needle-stick injury to the practitioner or staff if the device is mishandled before or after treatment.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a clean, dry environment at room temperature within normal clinical ranges, away from excessive heat and humidity.
  • Keep in the original packaging until immediately before use to maintain sterility and protect from mechanical damage.
  • Protect from direct sunlight and sources of high temperature that could deform plastic components or compromise packaging integrity.
  • Do not store near chemicals or solvents that may damage plastics or compromise sterility.
  • Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Duration

Single-use device intended for one procedure only; effective for the duration of a single mesotherapy or injection session and then must be disposed of.

Onset

Immediate mechanical function during injection; clinical onset of effect depends on the medication or mesotherapy solution used rather than the multi-injector device itself.
