Face, neck and décolletage TCA peel

Description

BioRePeelCl3 FND Chemical Peel is an innovative, biphasic (two-phase), patented medical device from CMed Aesthetics designed for non-surgical rejuvenation of the face, neck, décolletage and delicate intimate areas. Supplied as a professional pack of 5 x 6 ml vials, it contains 35% trichloroacetic acid (TCA) as the main active, enhanced by a functional blend of α-hydroxy, β-hydroxy and poly-hydroxy acids, amino acids, vitamins and GABA. This combination delivers controlled chemical exfoliation while powerfully stimulating skin replication and biosynthetic processes, counteracting photoaging, fine lines, wrinkles, acne, pigmentation and oxidative damage. Manufactured to pharmaceutical standards, BioRePeelCl3 FND offers biostimulating, revitalising and peeling actions with minimal downtime and without the frost effect associated with more aggressive TCA peels, making it suitable for use throughout the year when applied by trained professionals.

Bnefits

• Provides deep yet controlled exfoliation with 35% TCA while minimising surface trauma
• Stimulates skin replication and biosynthetic processes, supporting collagen and elastin production
• Improves fine lines, wrinkles and early signs of photoaging on face, neck and décolletage
• Helps treat comedonal and inflammatory acne, blackheads and post-acne marks
• Reduces skin pigmentation, melasma and uneven tone when used in appropriate protocols
• Enhances overall skin radiance, smoothness and firmness without significant downtime
• Biphasic formulation combines exfoliating acids with amino acids, vitamins and GABA for bio-revitalisation and antioxidant protection
• Lipophilic phase provides filming and moisturising action and helps stabilise TCA against oxidation
• No needles required and generally well tolerated, with procedures typically completed in 30–45 minutes
• Can be used year-round on suitable patients with appropriate photoprotection and professional assessment

Indications

• Dull, inelastic or tired-looking skin on the face, neck and décolletage
• Fine lines and superficial to moderate wrinkles caused by intrinsic and extrinsic ageing
• Photoaging and oxidative damage from UV exposure and pollution
• Acne in the acute and comedonal stages and post-acne scarring on the face and suitable areas
• Enlarged pores, blackheads and textural irregularities
• Skin pigmentation disorders including melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and uneven tone (within professional judgement)
• General facial rejuvenation for patients seeking improved texture, tone and radiance with minimal downtime
• Intimate-area rejuvenation in appropriately selected patients and clinical settings

Usage

• For professional use only; treatment must be performed by a suitably trained healthcare or aesthetic practitioner following the official CMed Aesthetics protocol.
• Thoroughly cleanse and degrease the treatment area (face, neck, décolletage or intimate area) according to clinic protocol and the BioRePeelCl3 instructions for use.
• Shake the BioRePeelCl3 FND vial vigorously until the hydrophilic and lipophilic phases combine to form a uniform green emulsion.
• Using a sterile syringe, withdraw the required volume for the area to be treated (typically: face 1.5–2 ml, neck 1–1.5 ml, décolletage 2–2.5 ml, adjusted according to protocol).
• Apply the solution evenly over the treatment area using gloved fingers or an appropriate applicator, gently massaging until the product is well distributed.
• Allow the product to act for up to approximately 10 minutes, with contact time adjusted according to skin type, indication and patient tolerance within recommended limits.
• At the end of the exposure time, remove the peel by wiping with gauze soaked in water (or saline), ensuring all product residues are removed.
• Apply recommended post-treatment products such as BioReHydra serum and BioReLift cream, or equivalent soothing and hydrating skincare suited to the patient.
• Standard treatment course: BioRePeelCl3 FND is typically performed every 7–12 days for 4–6 sessions, depending on the indication and clinical judgement.
• Instruct patients to avoid direct sun exposure, intense heat, vigorous exercise and harsh or exfoliating skincare for several days after treatment, and to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.
• Always refer to and follow the latest official CMed Aesthetics classic protocol of use and instructions for BioRePeelCl3 FND; do not deviate from approved guidelines.

Contraindications

• Known allergy or hypersensitivity to trichloroacetic acid, salicylic acid (including aspirin intolerance), lactobionic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, amino acids, GABA, vitamin C, vitamin B2 or any other component of the formulation
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (commonly treated as a contraindication or strong precaution according to local guidance and clinic policy)
• Active bacterial, viral or fungal infections, including herpes simplex, in the proposed treatment area
• Open wounds, cuts, abrasions or active bleeding in the treatment area
• Active inflammatory dermatoses such as uncontrolled eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or severe rosacea on the treatment zone
• History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring tendencies, particularly in the facial or neck areas to be treated
• History or presence of skin cancers or premalignant lesions in the treatment area unless cleared by an appropriate specialist

• Transient burning, stinging, tingling or warmth during and shortly after application
• Post-treatment erythema (redness) and mild swelling, typically resolving within hours to a few days
• Sensation of tightness, dryness and varying degrees of flaking or mild desquamation as the outer layers of the stratum corneum shed
• Temporary increase in sensitivity to skincare products, environmental conditions and UV exposure

Storage Conditions

• Store at controlled room temperature as indicated on the product packaging, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
• Cold storage is not required, but the product should be protected from extreme temperatures and sudden temperature fluctuations.
• Keep vials in their original outer carton until use to protect them from light and reduce the risk of contamination or mechanical damage.
• Do not use the product if the vial is damaged, if there are signs of improper storage, or if abnormalities are observed in the biphasic solution that do not resolve with shaking, and never use beyond the expiry date.
• Follow CMed Aesthetics guidance and local regulations for the safe storage and disposal of chemical peel medical devices and associated consumables.

Duration

In clinical practice, BioRePeelCl3 FND procedures generally take around 30–45 minutes per session, including preparation, application, contact time of up to 10 minutes and post-care. A typical course consists of 4–6 sessions performed every 7–12 days, with results lasting several months depending on the patient’s skin condition, lifestyle and maintenance regimen.

Onset

Many patients notice improvements in skin texture, smoothness and radiance shortly after the first session, with further visible reduction of fine lines, acne lesions and pigmentation irregularities emerging over subsequent treatments. Optimal results usually develop progressively over the full course of 4–6 sessions and continue to consolidate over the following weeks as collagen remodelling and cell renewal proceed.
