Description
Dermaceutic Turn Over is a rejuvenating night cream with a high concentration of glycolic acid that promotes skin turnover, removes dead surface cells and visibly reduces the signs of ageing. Recommended for loss of skin tone, wrinkles and fine lines, it smooths skin texture, refines the complexion and restores radiance while remaining fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types used at night.

Composition
- 15% glycolic acid solution (AHA): exfoliates dead skin cells by reducing corneocyte cohesion in the stratum corneum, stimulates cell renewal and improves skin texture.
- Aqua (Water): solvent and base of the formulation.
- Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride or Caprylic Acid (depending on market version): emollient and texture enhancer that helps soften skin and improve spreadability.
- Butylene glycol or Glycerin (depending on version): humectant that attracts and retains moisture in the skin.
- Cetearyl alcohol: fatty alcohol acting as an emollient and co-emulsifier, providing texture and moisturising feel.
- Dimethicone: silicone emollient that enhances slip and provides a smooth, protective film on the skin surface.
- Magnesium aluminum silicate: mineral thickener and stabiliser contributing to cream consistency.
- Cholesterol and squalane: skin-identical lipids and emollients that help support the skin barrier and improve suppleness.
- Hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer: rheology modifier providing gel-cream texture.
- PEG-40 stearate, polysorbate 60/80, sorbitan isostearate and similar emulsifiers: ensure stable oil-in-water emulsion.
- Ammonium hydroxide or ammonia: buffering agent to adjust pH for effective action of glycolic acid.
- Xanthan gum: natural thickener and stabiliser.
- Disodium EDTA or tetrasodium EDTA: chelating agent that helps stabilise the formula.

Usage
- Apply in the evening to cleansed, dry skin on the face; extend to neck if tolerated.
- Use a small amount and spread evenly, avoiding the eye contour and mucous membranes.
- Introduce gradually (for example, every other night at first) in skin not previously used to glycolic acid.
- Do not rinse off; leave on overnight.
- Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day while using this product, as AHAs can increase photosensitivity.
- Avoid combined use on the same night with strong retinoids or other intense exfoliating products unless specifically recommended by a professional.
- If excessive irritation occurs, reduce frequency of use or discontinue and seek professional advice.
Contraindications
- Do not use on broken, irritated, inflamed or sunburned skin.
