EXO|E Kit 3 Treatments is a professional, plant-exosome–based skincare protocol designed to support and enhance aesthetic procedures. The system comprises three biomimetic, water-based serums: D|TOX (pre-treatment), EXO|E Revitalizing Serum (in-clinic), and RE|PAIR (post-treatment). Using a proprietary blend of plant-derived extracellular vesicles (exosomes and other secretory factors) from Ustilago cynodontis ferment, Piper nigrum L. stem cells and Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root, the protocol helps prepare, soothe and restore the skin before, during and after procedures. The formulas are 100% natural, vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free and designed to complement in-office treatments such as microneedling, RF microneedling, resurfacing and other aesthetic interventions by improving hydration, barrier balance and regenerative signalling.

Usage
- For professional / medical use in conjunction with aesthetic procedures; topical use only.
- Protocol duration: 15 days per treatment course (7 days pre-treatment, day-of-procedure, 7 days post-treatment).
- Step 1 – D|TOX Pre-treatment Serum:
- • Begin 7 days prior to the planned procedure.
- • Apply D|TOX serum to the entire face twice daily (morning and evening) on cleansed skin.
- • Purpose: deeply hydrate, support cleansing and prepare the skin barrier for in-office treatment.
- Step 2 – EXO|E In-Office Serum:
- • Used on the day of the aesthetic procedure in the clinic.
- • The practitioner applies the full content of one EXO|E pre-filled syringe topically to the treatment area, typically after creating microchannels (e.g., microneedling, fractional laser) according to clinic protocol.
- • Allow the serum to remain and absorb for at least 10–15 minutes, or as per Croma/AMP protocol.
- • Purpose: soothe dry or stressed skin associated with procedures and deliver concentrated EVs, proteins, peptides and liposomes.
- Step 3 – RE|PAIR Post-treatment Serum:
- • Start immediately after the procedure and continue for 7 days.
- • Apply RE|PAIR serum to the entire face twice daily (morning and evening) on cleansed skin.
- • Purpose: help restore skin balance, reduce dryness and irritation, and support ongoing regeneration and hydration.
- General advice:
- • Avoid eye and mucous membrane contact with any of the serums.
- • Use daily broad-spectrum sunscreen during and after the protocol, especially when used with energy-based or resurfacing procedures.

Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components, including plant secretory factors, Ustilago cynodontis ferment, Piper nigrum L., Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root or other excipients.
- Active infections (bacterial, viral or fungal) or open wounds on the intended treatment area.
- Severe inflammatory skin conditions at the treatment site (e.g., acute eczema, psoriasis flare, severe rosacea) without specialist oversight.
- Use on compromised skin that has not adequately re-epithelialised after ablative procedures, unless specifically directed by a treating physician.
- Patients with a history of severe allergic or idiosyncratic reactions to topical botanicals or EV-based products.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless a medical professional decides that potential benefits outweigh unknown risks (limited safety data for exosome-containing cosmetics).
- Use by unqualified individuals outside appropriate clinical guidance for peri-procedural application.
Adverse Effects

Duration
Each EXO|E protocol spans 15 days: 7 days of D|TOX pre-treatment (twice daily), a single in-clinic EXO|E serum application on the day of the procedure, and 7 days of RE|PAIR post-treatment (twice daily). The 3-treatment kit provides three full 15-day protocols; overall treatment planning and repetition frequency are determined by the treating practitioner.
Onset
