Description

Rosakalm Crème Anti-Rougeurs by ACM Laboratoire is a dermocosmetic anti-redness face cream for sensitive, reactive and rosacea-prone skin. Enriched with Ruscus extract and the RK plant complex (black elderberry, green tea, sea buckthorn and olive tree), it reduces redness and improves skin microcirculation while providing immediate and long-lasting soothing comfort. The rich yet non-greasy cream moisturizes all day long, protects against external aggressions, instantly camouflages redness with subtle green-tinted pigments and evens out the complexion. With regular use, redness is visibly reduced, skin reactivity diminishes and the skin feels comfortable, supple and hydrated.

Usage

  • Apply to clean, dry facial skin.
  • Use once or twice daily (morning and/or evening), or whenever irritation and redness are felt, according to skin needs.
  • Apply a small amount of cream and spread evenly over the entire face, concentrating on areas of redness.
  • Can be used alone as a daily moisturizer or in combination with dermatological treatments for rosacea as advised by a healthcare professional.
  • May be used as a make-up base; allow the cream to absorb fully before applying make-up.
  • For couperose/rosacea-prone skin, consistent use is recommended over a minimum of several weeks to see optimal results.
  • External use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Contraindications

  • Do not use on broken, oozing or infected skin unless directed by a healthcare professional.
  • Do not use if you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the listed ingredients (including fragrance, sesame oil, soybean oil or other plant extracts).
  • Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if persistent irritation, burning, itching or rash occurs.
  • External use only; avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
  • Not intended as a substitute for medical treatment of severe rosacea without medical supervision.

Adverse Effects

  • Generally well tolerated when used as directed on sensitive and reactive skin.
  • Possible transient sensations of warmth or mild tingling on application in very reactive skin.
  • As with any cosmetic product, there is a risk of individual allergic or irritant reactions (e.g. redness, itching, burning, rash); if these occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
  • Fragrance and certain plant oils/extracts may very rarely trigger sensitivity in predisposed individuals.

Storage Conditions

Duration

Intended for continuous daily use as a long-term maintenance treatment for reactive, redness-prone and rosacea-prone skin. For couperose and rosacea-prone skin, use is typically recommended for at least 3 months and may be continued long term as tolerated.

Onset

Provides immediate soothing and a feeling of freshness on application; green pigments offer instant optical camouflage of redness. Visible improvement in redness and skin reactivity is generally observed progressively with regular use over several weeks.
