Description

Heliocare Ultra-D Oral Capsules are systemic photoprotective supplements combining a high dose of Fernblock® (Polypodium leucotomos extract) with antioxidant vitamins (C, E), carotenoids (lutein, lycopene) and vitamin D. Designed to enhance skin’s resistance to UV damage from within, these capsules aim to neutralise and repair UV-induced oxidative stress, support skin immunological function and cellular DNA protection, and offer additional antioxidant and skin-health benefits. The formula is gluten-free and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Usage

  • Take 1 capsule in the morning with a large glass of water before sun exposure.
  • During periods of intense sun exposure, take a second capsule 4–6 hours after the first dose.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • Use in combination with a broad-spectrum, high-factor topical sunscreen — oral capsules are meant to complement, not replace, topical sun protection.
  • Not recommended for use in children unless advised by a healthcare professional.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a physician before use.
  • Maintain regular daily intake during periods of UV exposure for continuous protection.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to Polypodium leucotomos, vitamins C, D, E, lutein, lycopene, gelatin or any other capsule component.
