Historically operated as a traditional GP partnership providing general practice appointments, prescriptions, practice nursing and minor illness care from premises on Church Road / Main Street in Kells, Ballymena. In 2023 the practice contract was transferred to a new contractor following the resignation of the incumbent GP partners; local NHS bodies managed the transition of services.
