Description

Orchid Glow Vial (1 x 5ml) is the single-vial presentation of Mesoheal® Orchid Glow, an advanced anti-wrinkle mesotherapy cocktail developed by Koru Pharma. Powered by the TECA™+ complex from Centella Asiatica alongside peptides and non-crosslinked high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, it targets fine lines, loss of elasticity, dull and dehydrated skin, and rough or uneven texture. The formula provides intensive hydration, stimulates collagen production, strengthens the skin barrier and delivers soothing, anti-inflammatory effects. It is free from parabens and phenoxyethanol and is intended for professional intradermal/mesotherapy use by trained practitioners.

Packaging

Single vial: 1 x 5 ml glass vial (as sold by The Crystal Pharmacy and similar distributors).
Standard manufacturer box: 1 box / 10 vials x 5 ml (Orchid Glow Box) for clinic use.
Each vial contains ready-to-use non-crosslinked HA solution with TECA™+ complex and peptides.
Outer packaging includes product name, batch number, expiry date and storage instructions.

Usage

For professional use only by trained healthcare or aesthetic practitioners.
Assess the patient’s medical history, indications and contraindications prior to treatment and obtain informed consent.
Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area according to clinic protocol.
Draw the required amount of solution from the 5 ml vial using an appropriate sterile syringe and mesotherapy needle (e.g., 30G x 12/13 mm, 30/32G x 6 mm, or 32/33G x 4 mm) or prepare for use with dermaroller/dermapen as per protocol.
Recommended injection techniques include retrograde linear, median nappage and micro-papular injections, or device-assisted delivery (dermaroller/dermapen) depending on the treatment plan and practitioner preference.
Typical treatment protocol from the manufacturer’s brochure: a course lasting approximately 3 months with a total of 6–8 treatment sessions; sessions may be organised as a series with intervals of roughly 2–4 weeks between sessions, according to the detailed protocol and clinical judgement.
Each session generally takes about 20–30 minutes, depending on the size of the area treated.
After injection, gently massage the area if indicated to distribute the product evenly and reduce visible papules, following the manufacturer’s guidance.
Advise the patient on post-procedure care, including avoiding makeup, saunas, intense heat, and strenuous exercise for a specified period, and following any additional aftercare instructions provided by the clinic.
Do not mix with other products in the same syringe unless explicitly allowed by the manufacturer; follow local guidelines for combining treatments.
Use aseptic technique throughout, discard any unused product from the vial after the session, and dispose of sharps and vials according to local regulations.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance or hypersensitivity to any component of the product (e.g., hyaluronic acid, TECA™ complex, peptides, adenosine or other excipients).
Damaged, inflamed or infected skin at the intended injection sites.
Bleeding disorders or ongoing anticoagulant therapy (as per brochure, "different bleeding disorders and while undergoing anticoagulant therapy").
Fever or any active infectious disease.
Oncological diseases (current or recent cancers), unless cleared by the treating physician.
Pregnancy and lactation.
History of recurrent herpes infection in the treatment area, unless managed according to clinical guidelines.
Tendency to form keloids or hypertrophic scars.
Autoimmune diseases (treatment requires consultation with the patient’s doctor and careful risk assessment).
Not recommended to be combined in the same area/timeframe with certain procedures such as permanent make-up, radio-wave lifting or aggressive skin cleansing, according to the manufacturer’s precautions.

Adverse Effects

Common, usually transient injection-related reactions such as hematomas (bruising), local oedema (swelling), redness and itching at the injection site.
Injection-site pain or discomfort.
Possible severe allergic reactions (rare); immediate medical attention is required if signs of anaphylaxis or severe hypersensitivity occur.
As with all injectable aesthetic treatments, there is a risk of infection, prolonged inflammation or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation if aseptic technique and aftercare are not properly followed.

Storage Conditions

Store below 25°C at room temperature, in a dry place.
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.
Do not freeze.
Keep vials in their original packaging until use to protect from light and contamination.
If the colour or appearance of the solution changes (e.g., due to heat or improper storage), the vial should not be used.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use before the expiry date printed on the vial and outer box.

Duration
