Mesotherapy skin booster / biorevitalizing cocktail
Description
MESOHEAL DUAL is a double-acting injectable skin booster (mesotherapy cocktail) that combines highly purified, unstabilized hyaluronic acid with lyophilized polylactide (PLA) powder. This unique hybrid formulation stimulates collagen synthesis, activates cellular processes, enhances tissue regeneration and provides deep, long-lasting hydration. The dual action of HA and PLA leads to visible improvement in skin quality, reduction of wrinkles and fine lines, evening of skin tone and texture, and overall rejuvenation of the face, neck, décolleté and hands. MesoHeal Dual is supplied as two separate vials (one with HA gel and one with PLA powder) to be reconstituted by a qualified professional immediately prior to use.
Bnefits
- Stimulates collagen synthesis in the dermis, improving skin firmness and elasticity over time.
- Provides deep, long-lasting hydration by binding and locking in moisture ("water shell" effect).
- Balances and maintains optimal moisturization of the epidermis.
- Strengthens the skin barrier and supports formation of a protective lipid layer, helping the skin resist external environmental stressors.
- Delivers a dual effect of hyaluronic and lactic acids acting as a natural filler that supports good skin turgor.
- Visible anti-ageing effect with softening of mimic and deeper wrinkles.
- Promotes regeneration by renewing structural components of the dermis and accelerating skin renewal.
- Helps reduce hyperpigmentation and pigmented spots, refreshing and harmonizing the complexion.
- Contributes to skin brightening by facilitating shedding of keratinized epidermal cells.
- Helps inhibit tyrosinase activity, thereby reducing excess melanin formation and uneven skin tone.
Indications
- Stripe-like atrophoderma and linear atrophy.
- Post-traumatic or post-acne cicatrices and superficial scars.
- Pigmented spots and uneven skin tone (excluding active inflammatory phases).
- Acne (not in the acute / exacerbation phase) and post-acne changes.
- Large-pored, seborrheic or coarse-textured skin.
- Mimic and deep facial wrinkles, including forehead, periorbital and perioral areas (according to professional judgment).
- Wrinkles and laxity of the skin on hands, neck and décolleté.
- Dark circles and mild edema in the periorbital region (when professionally indicated).
- Nasolabial folds and other prominent skin creases treated by skin boosting protocols.
- General prevention and treatment of skin ageing (mesolifting and skin quality improvement) in suitable candidates.
Composition
- Active components: highly purified, unstabilized hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) and lyophilized polylactide (polylactic acid, PLA).
- Typical presentation: 1 vial of hyaluronic acid gel (approx. 5 ml) and 1 vial of PLA powder (approx. 100 mg) supplied together.
- Hyaluronic acid concentration: commonly reported around 25 mg/ml in the HA vial (exact concentration to be confirmed from official pack leaflet).
- Polylactide: biodegradable, biocompatible aliphatic polyester, with lactic acid as its monomer.
- Excipients: aqueous vehicle and buffer components appropriate for injectable HA gel (per manufacturer’s IFU).
- Form: sterile, apyrogenic injectable mesotherapy solution after reconstitution of HA gel with lyophilized PLA powder by a qualified professional.
- Origin: manufactured by Koru Pharma Co., Ltd., South Korea.
Formulation
- Injectable skin booster / mesotherapy cocktail formulated as a two-component system: an HA gel vial and a lyophilized PLA powder vial.
- Upon reconstitution, forms a homogeneous suspension where hyaluronic acid provides immediate hydration and volumizing support, and PLA microparticles act as a biostimulatory component to induce neocollagenesis.
- Unstabilized, highly purified HA offers strong water-binding capacity and supports extracellular matrix hydration.
- Polylactide (PLA) is a biodegradable scaffold material that gradually stimulates fibroblasts and collagen production as it breaks down into lactic acid.
- Designed for intradermal or superficial subdermal injection by mesotherapy techniques to improve skin quality, texture and elasticity.
- Intended strictly for use by trained medical/aesthetic professionals following the manufacturer’s official protocol and local regulations.
Packaging
- Professional-use kit typically containing two vials in a protective metal or rigid box:
- – 1 vial hyaluronic acid gel (approx. 5 ml).
- – 1 vial lyophilized polylactide powder (approx. 100 mg).
- Primary packaging: sterile, sealed glass vials with rubber stoppers and caps.
- Secondary packaging: branded metal or cardboard box with product information, batch number and expiry date.
- Each kit is supplied with outer labelling in accordance with medical device / injectable cosmetic requirements in the country of distribution.
Usage
- For professional use only: MESOHEAL DUAL must be prepared and administered exclusively by suitably trained and licensed healthcare or aesthetic professionals familiar with mesotherapy and injectable skin booster techniques.
- Before use, inspect the packaging, vials and expiry date; do not use if the packaging is damaged or the product is expired.
- The hyaluronic acid gel is combined with the lyophilized PLA powder immediately prior to treatment, following the official reconstitution protocol provided in the manufacturer’s instructions for use (IFU).
- The reconstituted product is intended for intradermal or superficial hypodermal injection into areas of concern (face, neck, décolleté, hands or other indicated zones) using appropriate mesotherapy techniques selected by the practitioner.
- Treatment protocols generally involve a series of sessions (often around 2–3 procedures spaced approximately one month apart), with the exact number of sessions, injected volume and technique tailored to the patient’s skin condition, indication and response.
- Strict aseptic technique should be observed at all times, including appropriate skin preparation, use of sterile equipment and safe injection practices.
- Post-treatment care (e.g. avoiding makeup, saunas, intense sun exposure and vigorous exercise for a defined period; use of soothing topical products or sun protection) should follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and the practitioner’s clinical judgment.
- Any decision to combine MESOHEAL DUAL with other procedures (e.g. peels, laser, microneedling, fillers, toxins) and the timing of such combinations must be made by a qualified professional, considering cumulative risks and skin tolerance.
- Patients must be informed of expected outcomes, potential risks and the need for repeat treatments or maintenance sessions as clinically appropriate.
- The full, official IFU and any locally approved product information should always be consulted for detailed preparation, administration and treatment protocol guidance.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, polylactic acid (PLA), lactic acid, or any other component of the product.
- Presence of active skin infection, inflammation or disease in the treatment area (e.g. active acne, herpes, dermatitis, open wounds).
- Severe or uncontrolled systemic disease, autoimmune conditions, immunosuppression or coagulation disorders, unless the risk–benefit has been carefully evaluated by a supervising physician.
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable products of similar composition.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, due to lack of sufficient safety data (use is generally not recommended).
- Use in patients with a history of keloid formation or hypertrophic scarring should be carefully evaluated and generally approached with caution.
- Use in combination with other injectable or hardware-based procedures in the same area without adequate intervals and professional assessment.
- Any other contraindications listed in the official manufacturer’s instructions for use or by local regulatory guidance.
