Description

Aeterderm Puri PDRN is an injectable skin booster designed for intensive skin regeneration and hydration. Formulated with purified salmon-derived PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide), hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, it targets damaged and ageing skin by stimulating tissue repair, collagen production, and cellular renewal. The combination of PDRN and HA provides deep hydration and structural support, while niacinamide contributes to brightening and overall skin quality improvement. Usage

For professional use only; must be administered by suitably trained and licensed healthcare professionals experienced in injectable skin booster and mesotherapy techniques.
Obtain a full medical history and assess indications and contraindications prior to treatment; secure informed consent according to local regulations.
Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly with appropriate antiseptic solution before injection.
Aeterderm Puri PDRN is typically injected into the superficial to mid-dermis using mesotherapy techniques (micro-bolus, nappage, or linear threading), or as per the manufacturer’s and distributor’s recommendations.
Suitable treatment areas include the face, neck and hands; the protocol (number of points, volume per site, and depth) should be adapted to the patient’s skin condition and practitioner’s judgment.
Inject slowly with low, controlled pressure, observing standard precautions to avoid intravascular injection.
Gently massage treated areas if required to distribute the product evenly.
A typical treatment course may involve several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions at intervals determined by clinical response and practitioner protocol.
After treatment, advise patients to avoid makeup on treated areas for several hours, refrain from intense heat or cold exposure, strenuous exercise, and alcohol for 24 hours, and follow any additional aftercare provided by the clinic.
Dispose of used syringes and needles immediately in suitable sharps containers; do not reuse any remaining product.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity or allergy to PDRN (fish/salmon-derived products), hyaluronic acid, niacinamide or any other component of the formulation.
History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable aesthetic products.
Active skin infections, inflammation or lesions (e.g. dermatitis, acne flare, herpes) at or near the proposed injection sites.
Systemic infections or uncontrolled systemic disease where elective injectable treatments may pose additional risk, as determined by the treating clinician.
Known bleeding disorders or ongoing anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy where the risk of bleeding or bruising cannot be adequately managed.
Autoimmune or immune-compromising conditions where the safety of regenerative injectable treatments is uncertain, unless carefully evaluated by a specialist.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, due to a lack of established safety data in these populations.
Patients under 18 years of age or younger than the minimum age permitted for aesthetic procedures in the relevant jurisdiction.
Intravascular injection is strictly contraindicated; do not inject into blood vessels.
Use in areas with severely compromised tissue viability or over permanent implants unless specifically assessed and deemed appropriate by the practitioner.

Adverse Effects

Common transient injection-site reactions: redness, swelling, tenderness, pain, itching and small bruises.
Mild oedema and sensitivity in treated areas, usually resolving within a few days.

Storage Conditions

Store in a cool, dry place at controlled room temperature according to the manufacturer’s recommendations (commonly between 2°C and 25°C).
Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat or freezing conditions.
Keep syringes in their original packaging until immediately before use to maintain sterility.
Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
Do not use if the blister or syringe appears damaged or if sterility has been compromised.
Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.
