Usage
- Install the 1200 mL refill cartridge into a compatible GOJO TFX touch-free dispenser according to the dispenser manufacturer’s instructions.
- Wet hands with clean running water before application where possible.
- Position hands under the TFX dispenser to receive an appropriate dose of foam; the touch-free system will automatically dispense the soap.
- Rub hands together thoroughly for at least 20 seconds, covering all surfaces including backs of hands, between fingers and around fingernails, until a rich lather is formed.
- Rinse hands thoroughly under clean running water to remove all product.
- Dry hands completely using a clean towel or suitable hand-drying method.
- For external use on skin only; do not swallow and avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- Use as often as required for routine hand washing; suitable for high-frequency daily use.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any ingredient in the product, including surfactants such as cocamidopropyl betaine or sodium laureth sulfate, or any listed excipients.
- Use on individuals with a known history of contact dermatitis or adverse reactions to similar foam hand washes, unless advised by a healthcare professional.
- Application to severely broken, extensively damaged or infected skin should be avoided unless under professional guidance.
- Not intended for ophthalmic use; avoid deliberate application in or around the eyes.
- Not intended for ingestion; individuals with conditions that increase the risk of accidental ingestion should use under supervision.
Adverse Effects
- In normal cosmetic use, the product is generally very well tolerated and is not classified as hazardous; however, transient mild skin irritation (redness, dryness or itching) may occur in very sensitive individuals or with excessive use.
- Accidental eye contact with the foam may cause temporary discomfort, redness or stinging; symptoms usually resolve after thorough rinsing with water.
- Rarely, allergic contact reactions (such as localised rash, itching or swelling) may occur in sensitised individuals due to surfactant or preservative components.
- Accidental ingestion of small amounts is unlikely to cause more than mild gastrointestinal upset, but larger ingestions may require medical assessment according to local poison centre advice.
Storage Conditions
