Facial Lipolytic Injection

Description

Lipo Lax VL is a facial lipolytic solution used for mesocorrection of local fat deposits on the face. Its exclusive formula activates natural lipid metabolism and triggers intensive lipolysis, leading to rapid dissolution of subcutaneous fat and lifting of the facial contours. In addition to fat reduction, it strengthens the dermal framework, tightens the skin, improves elasticity, and helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and age-related ptosis.

Composition

Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) – main lipolytic active component causing lysis of adipocytes and emulsification of released fatty acids.
Acetyl-hexapeptide-8 ("botox peptide") – peptide complex that helps relax facial muscle contractions and reduce expression lines.
Palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 – biomimetic peptide that stimulates cellular regeneration and neocollagenesis.
Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 – biomimetic peptide that supports elastin and collagen synthesis and dermal restructuring.
L-carnitine – facilitates transport of fatty acids into mitochondria, actively participating in lipolysis and supporting skin nourishment, recovery, and hydration.
Sodium hyaluronate – hydrating component improving skin moisture and elasticity.
1,2-Hexanediol – solvent and humectant component in the solution.

Usage

For professional use only; must be administered by suitably trained and licensed medical or aesthetic practitioners.
Recommended needle: 30G, as per distributor guidance.
A single treatment consists of multiple 0.3 ml injections (up to a total of 10 ml per session) spaced approximately 1 cm apart.
Recommended injection depth: approximately 0.2–0.5 cm into the superficial subcutaneous fat layer, adjusted to facial anatomy and practitioner judgement.
Up to 3 single treatments may be administered, with intervals of no less than 14 days between sessions.
Treatment areas include cheeks, ears, chin, and nasolabial folds; some protocols extend to jawline and lower face as appropriate.
Shake the vial before use and maintain aseptic technique throughout the procedure.
Do not use if the package or vial is damaged, or if the solution shows signs of contamination or instability.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; rinse thoroughly with plenty of water if accidental contact occurs.
Discontinue treatment and assess the patient if any marked redness, irritation, hypersensitivity, or unexpected reaction occurs.
Provide standard post-procedure advice, including avoidance of excessive heat, UV exposure, and vigorous massage in the treated area immediately after treatment.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity or allergy to phosphatidylcholine, peptides, L-carnitine, sodium hyaluronate, or any other component of the formulation.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Active skin infections, inflammation, or dermatological conditions in or near the intended treatment area.
Severe systemic illness or uncontrolled chronic disease without medical clearance.
Significant liver, kidney, or metabolic disorders without physician assessment.
Bleeding disorders or concurrent use of potent anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy without appropriate risk evaluation.
History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable products.
Use on damaged, irritated, or compromised skin.
Patients with unrealistic expectations or those unsuitable for non-surgical contouring procedures.

Adverse Effects

Common transient reactions: redness, swelling, tenderness, and bruising at injection sites.
Temporary burning, tingling, or discomfort during and shortly after injection.
Localised induration, lumpiness, or nodularity as fat breaks down and tissue remodels.
Mild itching or sensitivity in the treated area.
Potential asymmetry or uneven contouring that may require further management or additional sessions.
Rare but serious events: infection, prolonged inflammation, allergic or hypersensitivity reactions, nerve irritation, or other complications requiring medical attention.

Storage Conditions

Store at room temperature away from direct light, as per distributor guidance.
Protect vials from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
Do not freeze.
Leftover product must be sealed and refrigerated at 1–5 °C if permitted by local practice and manufacturer’s instructions, and used only within the recommended timeframe.

Duration
