      Description

Glutathione Tationil 600mg/4ml Powder and Solvent for Solution for Injection is a prescription-only injectable preparation containing pharmaceutical-grade reduced glutathione. Each pack provides ten vials of lyophilised glutathione (600mg) together with ten 4ml solvent ampoules (water or saline for injection) for reconstitution. Glutathione is a tripeptide composed of cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine, and is one of the body’s most important endogenous antioxidants, found in every cell with particularly high levels in the liver. Tationil 600mg/4ml is used in medical and wellness settings to support cellular protection, detoxification, liver health and immune function, with additional off-label use in some aesthetic protocols aimed at improving skin appearance. After reconstitution, the solution is intended for intramuscular injection (and may be used intravenously where permitted) under the supervision of a qualified clinician.

      Bnefits

      • Provides a high-dose systemic source of glutathione, a key endogenous antioxidant present in every cell.
      • Helps neutralise free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, protecting cellular components such as lipids, proteins and DNA.
      • Supports liver detoxification pathways and assists the gallbladder and liver in handling fats and toxins.
      • Works synergistically with vitamins C and E and helps regenerate their antioxidant capacity.
      • Supports immune function and may contribute to better resilience against oxidative challenges.
      • Parenteral administration (IM/IV) bypasses gastrointestinal absorption issues, useful where oral glutathione is poorly tolerated or absorbed.
      • Pack of 10 vials plus solvent enables controlled, repeated dosing in clinical and wellness protocols under medical supervision.

      Indications

      • Use as a systemic antioxidant therapy in conditions associated with increased oxidative stress, as determined by a prescribing clinician.
      • Adjunctive support for liver detoxification and metabolic health where glutathione depletion is suspected or documented.
      • Use within medical or wellness IV/IM protocols for patients with toxin exposure, chronic oxidative stress or compromised antioxidant status.
      • Off-label use in some aesthetic and wellness settings as part of wider programmes targeting skin appearance and overall wellbeing, always under medical supervision.

      Composition

      • Each powder vial: 600mg reduced glutathione (a tripeptide composed of cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine).
      • Each solvent ampoule: 4ml water for injection or sterile diluent (often saline water as described by the seller).
      • Reconstituted solution: 600mg glutathione in 4ml diluent (150mg/ml) when the full ampoule is added to one vial.
      • Excipients: standard inactive formulation components used to stabilise the lyophilised powder (full list as per official product documentation).

      Formulation

      • Lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder and solvent for solution for injection.
      • Parenteral preparation intended for intramuscular injection and, depending on local licensing and protocols, slow intravenous administration or infusion after appropriate dilution.
      • Sterile, single-use vials and ampoules supplied in a multi-vial pack for professional use.
      • Classified and handled as a prescription-only medicinal product; not a cosmetic or food supplement.

      Packaging

      • Pack contains: 10 vials each with 600mg glutathione powder plus 10 x 4ml ampoules of solvent (water/saline for injection).
      • Powder vials: clear glass vials with rubber stoppers and aluminium caps containing white lyophilised glutathione.
      • Solvent ampoules: clear glass ampoules labeled as water or saline for injection (4ml each).
      • Outer carton is printed with product name, strength (600mg/4ml), pack size, batch number, expiry date, storage information and manufacturer/distributor details.

      Usage

      • For parenteral use only and only under the direction and supervision of a qualified healthcare professional with certification in intramuscular injection and specific training in glutathione administration.
      • Immediately before use, reconstitute one vial of glutathione powder with one corresponding 4ml solvent ampoule using aseptic technique.
      • Draw the solvent into a sterile syringe, inject into the powder vial, and gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved; avoid vigorous shaking to minimise foaming.
      • Inspect the reconstituted solution visually and use only if it is clear and free of visible particles or discoloration.
      • Administer as an intramuscular injection, or according to local product information and clinical protocol, dilute appropriately for slow intravenous injection or infusion where permitted.
      • Dosage, route and frequency of administration must be individualised and prescribed by a medical practitioner based on the patient’s clinical condition and treatment goals.
      • Do not mix in the same syringe or infusion bag with other medicines unless compatibility has been specifically established in product literature.
      • Use reconstituted solution within the recommended time window stated in the official documentation (typically within a few hours at room temperature); discard any remaining solution after this period.
      • Dispose of all used vials, ampoules, syringes and needles safely in accordance with local sharps and pharmaceutical waste regulations.

      Contraindications

      • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to glutathione or any of the excipients in the formulation.
      • Its use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is generally not recommended unless potential benefits clearly outweigh potential risks and a physician specifically advises treatment.
      • Do not use if the vial, ampoule or reconstituted solution shows signs of damage, contamination, particulate matter or discoloration.
      • Not for self-administration by non-medical persons; must not be used without appropriate clinical assessment and supervision.

      Adverse Effects

      • Local reactions at the injection site such as pain, redness, swelling or induration.
      • Possible systemic symptoms including headache, nausea, dizziness or gastrointestinal discomfort in some patients.
      • Hypersensitivity reactions including rash, itching or urticaria; rare but more serious reactions such as bronchospasm or anaphylactoid responses may occur in susceptible individuals.
      • As with any parenteral therapy, potential risk of infection or thrombophlebitis if aseptic technique is not strictly followed or if venous access is inadequate.
      • Changes in laboratory markers related to oxidative status or liver function may occur and should be monitored as clinically indicated.

      Storage Conditions

      • Store unopened vials and ampoules in their original outer carton to protect from light and physical damage.
      • Keep at controlled room temperature as specified in product literature (typically not requiring special storage conditions, but avoiding extremes of heat or cold).
      • Do not freeze. Protect from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
      • Keep out of the sight and reach of children and unauthorised persons.
      • Use only up to the expiry date printed on the packaging and vial/ampoule labels.
      • After reconstitution, use the solution within the time frame recommended in official documentation (commonly within a few hours at room temperature); discard any unused solution safely.

      Duration

Determined by the prescribing clinician; may range from single doses to repeated injections or infusions over weeks or months, depending on indication, patient response and overall treatment plan.

      Onset

Systemic antioxidant effects begin shortly after parenteral administration; clinical benefits may be observed over repeated doses as oxidative stress and related symptoms are managed, with timing dependent on the underlying condition and overall protocol.
