Description

The MARKER PEN YELLOW (Art.-No. 9860-2501) is a robust labelling pen developed for firefighting, search & rescue and technical assistance operations. It writes clearly and permanently on almost any surface, including metal, wood, plastic, concrete, rubber, glass and paper, even when surfaces are wet, oily, rusty or rough. With an operational temperature range from -45 °C to +65 °C, the pen is suitable for harsh environments and is widely used to mark already searched rooms in hazardous atmospheres or to label cutting points and prohibited areas (e.g. around airbag systems) during technical rescue. The yellow colour allows clear visibility and, when combined with the red version, helps distinguish markings from different teams or for different purposes. The pen is supplied as a single, ready-to-use marker without additional accessories.

Usage

Remove the pen from its packaging and ensure the tip is intact before first use.
Apply the tip directly to the surface to be marked, using steady pressure to create clear, visible lines or symbols.
Use on appropriate surfaces such as metal, wood, plastic, concrete, rubber, glass and paper, including when they are wet, oily, rusty or rough.
Use to mark searched rooms, access and cutting points, hazardous zones or other operational information as per local rescue/technical procedures.
Replace the pen if markings become faint, the tip is damaged or ink flow significantly decreases.
