Description

Apriline SKINLine (6x5ml) is a revitalising mesotherapy complex designed to target hyperpigmentation, photo-damage and dry, dull skin, revealing a more luminous, youthful-looking complexion. Based on non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid combined with a proprietary blend of vitamins, amino acids and peptides, SKINLine nourishes the skin, improves tone and texture, and supports the skin’s natural defences against ageing. By hydrating, smoothing superficial wrinkles and diminishing the appearance of dark spots, it helps restore radiance and evenness to the skin. The product is supplied as 6 vials of 5 ml each and is commonly applied to the face, neck, hands and upper arms by trained professionals.

Usage

  • For professional use only; must be administered by a qualified healthcare or aesthetic practitioner experienced in mesotherapy.
  • Use on cleansed, disinfected skin, following standard aseptic technique.
  • Inject via superficial or mid-dermal mesotherapy techniques (such as nappage, micro-papules or microbolus injections), according to the practitioner’s protocol and treatment area.
  • Common treatment areas include face, neck, hands and upper arms; adjust depth and technique based on skin thickness and clinical objectives.
  • Treatment frequency and number of sessions should be defined by the practitioner, typically in a course of repeated sessions spaced several weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments as needed.
  • Do not mix Apriline SKINLine with other products in the same syringe unless clearly specified by the manufacturer.
  • After treatment, gently massage treated areas if appropriate to distribute the solution evenly and minimise irregularities.
  • Provide patients with standard post-mesotherapy aftercare instructions (e.g. avoid makeup for several hours, refrain from intense heat, UV exposure and vigorous exercise on the day of treatment, and monitor for signs of adverse reaction).

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, vitamin C derivatives, glutathione, biotin, peptides or any other component of the formulation.
  • Active skin infections, inflammations, herpes lesions or dermatologic diseases at or near the intended treatment site.
  • History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable aesthetic or mesotherapy products.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, in line with general precautionary principles for elective injectable aesthetic treatments, unless specifically cleared by a physician.
  • Tendency to develop hypertrophic scars or keloids.
  • Uncontrolled systemic disease, autoimmune conditions, or coagulation disorders where mesotherapy is considered inappropriate by the treating physician.
  • Concurrent use of anticoagulants or antiplatelet therapy that significantly increases bleeding risk, unless risk–benefit has been assessed and managed by a physician.

Adverse Effects

  • Transient injection-site reactions including redness, swelling, tenderness, itching, bruising or small haematomas.
  • Temporary papules or small bumps at injection points, generally resolving spontaneously over a short period.
  • Discomfort or mild pain during or immediately after injections.
  • Rare inflammatory reactions or nodules which may require medical assessment and management.
