Skin-brightening mesotherapy / dermal filler

Description

Aquashine BR Soft Filler Revofil (2x2ml) is a professional, sterile, injectable gel combining non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (15 mg/ml) with a skin rejuvenating and brightening complex of peptides, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, coenzymes and nucleic acids. It is designed as a deep mesotherapy / biorevitalisation treatment for dull, uneven, photo-damaged skin with hyperpigmentation and fine lines. The BR (Brightening) version specifically targets skin tone irregularities and pigmentation while also hydrating, improving elasticity, tightening pores and softening wrinkles. Supplied as two pre-filled 2 ml syringes, it is intended for injection into the epidermis and superficial to mid dermis of the face, neck and décolletage by trained medical professionals only.

Bnefits

  • Brightens and evens skin tone by reducing hyperpigmentation and age-related discoloration.
  • Improves overall radiance and luminosity of dull, tired-looking skin.
  • Provides deep hydration through hyaluronic acid, improving elasticity and skin turgor.
  • Reduces fine lines and wrinkles while smoothing skin texture.
  • Tightens enlarged pores and helps reduce occasional breakouts associated with uneven texture.
  • Protects against photo-damage via an antioxidant complex of vitamins, minerals and coenzymes.
  • Peptide complex supports collagen and elastin synthesis for firmer, more resilient skin.
  • Revitalises photoaged skin and helps correct age-related skin changes.
  • Targets multiple concerns—tone, texture, hydration and elasticity—in a single treatment protocol.

Indications

  • Dull and uneven complexion.
  • Age-related pigmentation and various forms of hyperpigmentation, including age spots and sun spots.

  • Typical treatment protocol: 3 sessions spaced approximately 4 weeks apart; maintenance sessions can be carried out based on clinical assessment.
  • Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly; maintain strict aseptic technique throughout the procedure.
  • Inject small amounts per point, avoiding overcorrection; massage the treated area gently afterwards to ensure even distribution if required.
  • Do not inject into blood vessels, areas of active inflammation, infection or into compromised skin.
  • Advise patients on post-treatment care, including avoidance of excessive sun/UV exposure, saunas, extreme temperatures, vigorous exercise and makeup on the treated area for a specified period as per clinic protocol.

  • Active skin infections, inflammatory lesions, herpetic eruptions or dermatologic disease at or near the intended injection sites.
  • History of severe allergies or anaphylactic reactions to injectable products.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (elective aesthetic injections are generally contraindicated).
  • Autoimmune diseases or immunosuppression unless carefully evaluated and cleared by a physician.
  • Bleeding disorders or ongoing anticoagulant / antiplatelet therapy that significantly increases bleeding risk, unless managed under medical supervision.
  • Tendency to form hypertrophic scars or keloids.
  • Patients under 18 years of age.
  • Any other condition where injectable dermal/mesotherapy treatments are contraindicated according to current medical guidelines.

Adverse Effects

  • Common transient injection-site reactions such as redness, swelling, pain, tenderness, bruising and mild itching.
  • Temporary papules or small nodules at injection points, usually resolving spontaneously over several days.
  • Rare inflammatory reactions or more persistent nodules that may require medical assessment and treatment.
  • Potential allergic or hypersensitivity reactions to one or more components.
  • As with all injectable HA-based fillers and mesotherapy products, there is a small risk of infection, hematoma, vascular compromise or superficial necrosis if injected incorrectly or in high-risk areas.
  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation may occur in predisposed individuals, particularly after inflammation or trauma in darker skin types.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in the original packaging to protect from light.
