Skin rejuvenating mesotherapy / anti-wrinkle solution
Description
Dermaheal HSR is an advanced skin rejuvenating mesotherapy solution specifically formulated to hydrate dry, mature and ageing skin. It combines 1% hyaluronic acid with a complex of over 50–58 active ingredients, including biomimetic peptides, recombinant human growth factors, multivitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleic acids and antioxidants such as glutathione. The cocktail delivers intense hydration, promotes cellular regeneration, boosts collagen and elastin production, smooths fine lines and deeper wrinkles, improves elasticity and helps minimise pores, scarring and sagging for a firmer, more youthful, radiant complexion.
Bnefits
- Deeply hydrates and plumps dry, dehydrated and mature skin.
- Promotes cellular regeneration, helping repair damaged and photo-aged skin.
- Reduces fine lines and wrinkles and addresses deeper wrinkles in aged skin.
- Improves skin elasticity, firmness and overall structure.
- Minimises the appearance of enlarged pores, superficial scarring and sagging.
- Boosts collagen and elastin synthesis for long-term skin rejuvenation.
- Enhances skin radiance, smoothness and overall skin quality.
- Supports normalisation of sebum secretion and balances skin condition.
- Suitable for face, neck, décolleté and other areas requiring rejuvenation when used by professionals.
Indications
- Dry, dehydrated and mature skin lacking elasticity and glow.
- Fine lines, superficial wrinkles and deeper wrinkles associated with skin ageing.
- Loss of firmness, skin laxity and sagging in the face, neck and décolleté.
- Enlarged pores, mild atrophic scarring (e.g. post-acne) and uneven texture.
- Dull, tired-looking skin requiring intensive revitalisation and moisturisation.
- Supportive treatment in anti-ageing mesotherapy protocols for prevention and correction of visible age-related changes.
Composition
- Hyaluronic acid 1% (10 mg/ml): double the concentration of many mesotherapy solutions; binds up to 1,000 times its weight in water to provide deep hydration and dermal plumping.
- Recombinant human growth factors (biomimetic growth factors):
- • sh-Oligopeptide-1 (CG-EGF, Epidermal Growth Factor): stimulates epidermal regeneration and collagen synthesis.
- • sh-Oligopeptide-2 (CG-IGF1, Insulin-like Growth Factor-1): promotes cell proliferation and metabolism for improved dermal density.
- • sh-Polypeptide-1 (CG-bFGF, basic Fibroblast Growth Factor): supports fibroblast activity, collagen and elastin production.
- • sh-Polypeptide-2 (CG-TRX): antioxidant and protective growth factor that helps protect cells from oxidative damage and supports tissue repair.
- Biomimetic peptide complex (5+ peptides, depending on specification):
- • Oligopeptide-24 (CG-EDP3): stimulates cell renewal, collagen synthesis and improves elasticity.
- • Decapeptide-4 (CG-IDP2): supports dermal matrix, collagen and elastin production.
- • Acetyl Decapeptide-3 (Rejuline): anti-ageing peptide that promotes skin regeneration and helps reduce wrinkles.
- • Tripeptide-6 (CG-CTP): peptide that improves skin structure and firmness.
- • Copper Tripeptide-1: peptide with regenerative and angiogenic properties; supports collagen and elastin synthesis and provides antioxidant benefits.
- Multi-vitamin complex (commonly reported 13–14 vitamins), including: Retinol (Vitamin A), Tocopherol/Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Biotin, Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacinamide (B3), Panthenol (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), Folic Acid (B9), Cyanocobalamin (B12), Inositol, Aminobenzoic Acid (B10), Menadione (Vitamin K) and others depending on regional INCI listing.
- 24 amino acids: comprehensive mix of essential and non-essential amino acids serving as building blocks for structural proteins (collagen, elastin, keratin) and supporting cell metabolism.
- 5 minerals: trace elements (e.g. zinc, copper, magnesium and others) necessary for enzymatic functions, antioxidant defence and tissue repair.
- 4 coenzymes: support vital enzymatic reactions in skin cells, enhancing energy production and regenerative processes.
- 4 nucleic acids / nucleotides: contribute to cellular repair and renewal.
- 2 antioxidant / reducing agents, including Glutathione: protect skin cells from oxidative stress and help even out skin tone.
- Additional excipients: water (aqua), stabilisers, buffers and preservatives appropriate for sterile mesotherapy/cosmetic solutions (exact INCI varies by market and regulatory classification).

- Severe acne or uncontrolled dermatologic conditions in the intended treatment sites unless specifically assessed and approved by a physician.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless a qualified medical professional deems the treatment appropriate.
- Autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled systemic illnesses or bleeding disorders where mesotherapy/needling is contraindicated.
- Use with caution in patients on anticoagulant therapy if injections or microneedling are performed.
- Not recommended for self-administration or use by untrained individuals.
Adverse Effects

- Short-lived bruising at injection points in some patients.
- Temporary dryness, tightness or mild flaking as skin renews.
- Rare allergic or irritant reactions to one or more components, presenting as persistent redness, itching, burning or swelling; treatment should be discontinued and medical advice sought if this occurs.
- Improper technique or non-sterile procedures can increase risk of infection, scarring or other complications when used invasively; strict aseptic technique and professional training are essential.

- Store vials between approximately 2°C and 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
- Do not freeze.
- Keep vials in their original packaging until use to protect from light and contamination.

Duration
A standard initial course generally consists of 4 weekly sessions, followed by 2 sessions per month for 2 months, then once a month for maintenance. Treatment duration and frequency can be individualised based on skin condition, age, and clinical response, and may extend over several months for optimal and sustained rejuvenation.
Onset
Initial improvements in hydration and skin radiance are often visible after the first few sessions, with skin feeling smoother and more supple. Reduction of fine lines, improvement in elasticity, pore size and texture usually becomes more apparent after completing the initial 4-week course, with progressive rejuvenation and wrinkle reduction over subsequent months when maintenance sessions are continued.
