Description

Dermaheal SR is an anti-ageing, skin-rejuvenating mesotherapy solution formulated to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin elasticity and revitalise dry, dull and ageing skin. It contains a complex of biomimetic peptides, growth factors, hyaluronic acid, multivitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleic acids and antioxidants (57 active ingredients in total), which together stimulate new cell generation, boost collagen and elastin synthesis, deeply hydrate the skin and refine enlarged pores, leaving the complexion smoother, firmer, brighter and more youthful.

Usage

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients (e.g. peptides, growth factors, hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids or preservatives).
  • Active skin infections, inflammation, herpes, eczema, psoriasis, open wounds or severe dermatitis in the intended treatment area.
  • Recent deep chemical peels, ablative laser treatments or other aggressive procedures in the same area without adequate healing time.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless specifically assessed and approved by a qualified physician.
  • Uncontrolled autoimmune diseases or serious systemic illnesses where mesotherapy-type procedures are contraindicated.
  • Bleeding disorders or use of anticoagulant medication, when injections are performed (relative contraindication; risk–benefit assessment required).
  • History of severe keloid or hypertrophic scarring, where injection procedures may pose additional risk.
  • Use in individuals under 18 years of age is generally not recommended.

Adverse Effects

  • Transient erythema (redness), mild oedema, tenderness or warmth at treatment sites.
  • Pinpoint bleeding and small bruises, particularly when using injection or microneedling techniques.
  • Occasional short-lived stinging, burning or itching sensations immediately after treatment.
  • Temporary dryness, tightness or mild flaking as skin renews and regenerates.
  • Rare allergic or irritant reactions (e.g. persistent redness, rash, swelling, pruritus); treatment should be discontinued and medical advice sought if significant reaction occurs.
  • As with any injectable/mesotherapy procedure, improper technique or non-sterile practice increases the risk of infection, pigmentation changes, scarring or uneven results; strict aseptic technique and appropriate training are essential.

Storage Conditions

  • Store unopened vials between 2°C and 25°C in a cool, dry place.
  • Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat; do not freeze.
  • Keep vials in their original outer carton until use to protect from light and contamination.
  • Shelf life is typically 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.
  • After opening, the solution is generally stable for up to 5 days when stored in a refrigerator (2–8°C), but single-use immediate application of each vial is strongly recommended for sterility.

Duration
