Anti-ageing mesotherapy / skin rejuvenation solution

Description

Dermaheal SR is an anti-ageing, skin-rejuvenating mesotherapy solution formulated to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin elasticity and revitalise dry, dull and ageing skin. It contains a complex of biomimetic peptides, growth factors, hyaluronic acid, multivitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleic acids and antioxidants (57 active ingredients in total), which together stimulate new cell generation, boost collagen and elastin synthesis, deeply hydrate the skin and refine enlarged pores, leaving the complexion smoother, firmer, brighter and more youthful.

Bnefits

• Reduces fine lines and wrinkles while helping prevent formation of new superficial wrinkles.
• Improves skin elasticity and firmness by stimulating collagen, elastin and extracellular matrix synthesis.
• Promotes cellular renewal and regeneration of aged, damaged or acne-prone skin.
• Deeply hydrates and nourishes dry, lacklustre skin, supporting a healthy skin barrier and moisture balance.
• Refines enlarged pores and improves overall skin texture and smoothness.
• Enhances skin radiance and tone, giving a fresher, brighter and more youthful appearance.
• Provides antioxidant protection and helps protect skin from environmental damage and free radicals.

Indications

• Minerals (4):
• • Trace elements (e.g. zinc, copper, magnesium and other electrolytes) required for enzymatic functions, antioxidant defence and tissue repair.
• Coenzymes (4):
• • Co-factor molecules that support key biochemical reactions involved in energy production and regeneration in skin cells.
• Nucleic acids (4):
• • Nucleotide components that assist cellular repair, proliferation and renewal.
• Antioxidants / reducing agents (2):
• • Includes Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and Glutathione, providing strong antioxidant activity and helping even skin tone.

• Alternative staged protocol (from some technical guides):
• • Month 1: 1 session per week.
• • Month 2: 1 session every 2 weeks.
• • Month 3: 1 session in the month.
• • Maintenance: repeat a session every 2–3 months as required to maintain results.

• • Cleanse and disinfect the skin thoroughly before treatment; use appropriate antiseptic.
• • Avoid aggressive peels or ablative lasers on the same day in the same area unless part of a combined protocol.
• • After treatment, advise avoidance of intense sun exposure, saunas, hot baths, and vigorous exercise for a short period as per clinic protocol.
• • Instruct patients to use broad-spectrum sunscreen daily and gentle skincare to support healing and maintain results.

Contraindications

• Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients (e.g. peptides, growth factors, hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids or preservatives).

• Recent deep chemical peels, ablative laser treatments or other aggressive procedures in the same area without adequate healing time.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless specifically assessed and approved by a qualified physician.
• Uncontrolled autoimmune diseases or serious systemic illnesses where mesotherapy-type procedures are contraindicated.
• Bleeding disorders or use of anticoagulant medication, when injections are performed (relative contraindication; risk–benefit assessment required).
• History of severe keloid or hypertrophic scarring, where injection procedures may pose additional risk.
• Use in individuals under 18 years of age is generally not recommended.

Adverse Effects

• Transient erythema (redness), mild oedema, tenderness or warmth at treatment sites.
• Pinpoint bleeding and small bruises, particularly when using injection or microneedling techniques.
• Occasional short-lived stinging, burning or itching sensations immediately after treatment.
• Temporary dryness, tightness or mild flaking as skin renews and regenerates.
• Rare allergic or irritant reactions (e.g. persistent redness, rash, swelling, pruritus); treatment should be discontinued and medical advice sought if significant reaction occurs.
• As with any injectable/mesotherapy procedure, improper technique or non-sterile practice increases the risk of infection, pigmentation changes, scarring or uneven results; strict aseptic technique and appropriate training are essential.

Storage Conditions

• Store unopened vials between 2°C and 25°C in a cool, dry place.
• Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat; do not freeze.
• Keep vials in their original outer carton until use to protect from light and contamination.
• Shelf life is typically 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.
• After opening, the solution is generally stable for up to 5 days when stored in a refrigerator (2–8°C), but single-use immediate application of each vial is strongly recommended for sterility.
• Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.

Duration

A standard initial course commonly consists of approximately 5 sessions performed 1–2 times per week over 3–5 weeks. Some protocols extend over 3 months with gradually reduced frequency (weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly). To maintain the achieved results, maintenance sessions are generally recommended every 2–3 months, adjusted according to the patient’s age, skin condition and response.

Onset

Increased hydration, smoother texture and improved radiance are often noticeable after the first few sessions. More visible reduction of fine lines, improved elasticity and refinement of pores typically become evident within about 4–6 weeks from the start of treatment (around the end of the initial 5-session course), with further gradual improvement over subsequent weeks when maintenance treatments are continued.
