Brightening / anti-pigmentation mesotherapy cocktail

Description

Dermaqual TranexPlus (also branded as TRANEX PLUS™) is an advanced brightening mesotherapy skin booster formulated to target pigmentation at multiple skin levels (epidermis and dermis). The sterile solution combines tranexamic acid with dual molecular weight hyaluronic acid (high and low), niacinamide (vitamin B3), ascorbyl glucoside (vitamin C derivative) and glutathione (GSH). This multi-active complex is designed to inhibit melanin production pathways, reduce existing dark spots, melasma and UV-induced hyperpigmentation, while providing deep hydration, improving elasticity and strengthening the skin barrier. It is indicated for face, neck, décolleté, hands and other sun-exposed areas and is intended for professional mesotherapy or topical/microneedling skin-booster protocols.

Bnefits

  • Targets pigmentation at multiple skin levels (epidermal and dermal) to address a wide range of hyperpigmentation concerns.
  • Reduces dark spots, melasma and other forms of localized hyperpigmentation.
  • Brightens and evens overall skin tone, improving clarity and radiance.
  • Hydrates the skin with dual-weight hyaluronic acid to improve elasticity, plumpness and smoothness.
  • Helps strengthen the skin barrier and supports healthier skin function through niacinamide.
  • Provides antioxidant protection via vitamin C derivative and glutathione to help counteract UV and environmental damage.
  • Helps prevent new pigmentation from forming by interfering with melanin overproduction pathways.
  • Suitable for use on face, neck, décolleté, hands and other sun-exposed areas, making it a versatile brightening and rejuvenating booster.

Indications

  • Senile hyperpigmentation due to aging.
  • Hormonal pigmentation including melasma.
  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (e.g. after acne or procedures).
  • UV-damaged, photo-aged skin tone.
  • Dark and dull skin lacking radiance and uniformity.
  • Uneven skin tone and localized dark patches on face, neck, décolleté and hands.
  • General brightening and tone-correcting mesotherapy protocols where improved clarity and evenness are desired.

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless specifically assessed and approved by a qualified physician in line with local regulations.
  • Patients with significant systemic illness or impaired wound-healing capacity should be carefully evaluated before treatment.
  • Any contraindication related to the chosen method of administration (e.g. bleeding disorders or anticoagulant therapy for injection-based mesotherapy).

Adverse Effects

  • Temporary redness, mild swelling or discomfort at the treatment site, especially when used with microneedling or injections.
  • Minor bruising or pinpoint bleeding in cases where needles are used.
  • Transient dryness, tightness or mild irritation as skin adjusts to the active ingredients and procedure.
  • Potential post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation, particularly in darker skin types or if aftercare and sun protection are inadequate.
  • Rare allergic or sensitivity reactions to one or more ingredients.
  • Risk of infection if aseptic technique is not followed, particularly with invasive delivery methods.
